When my little one brought his car in yesterday for the TAG system we were met with professionalism and very clear direction.
The front office staff (Thad?) Walked him around the vehicle upon drop off and advised never to leave his vehicle at service without doing so, talked to him about the permanent labeling and ensured he knew how to store the paperwork for.

I had an excellent experience with the TAG installation service at Speedy Glass. Thad and Rob were incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure the system was working perfectly before I left. Their attention to detail and customer service really stood out. If you're looking to install a TAG anti-theft system, I highly recommend going to Speedy Glass—especially if you get the chance to work with Thad and Rob. Top-notch service all around!

Today was my first visit to the Brockville location to have a TAG installed on my vehicle, and I couldn't be more impressed. Thad Davis, the Service Manager, greeted me upon arrival and was a true professional in every sense of the word. He was approachable, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Most importantly, he made me feel like providing top-quality service truly mattered to him.

Honestly, after this experience, I won’t go to any other location.

I had a seriously disturbing experience involving Speedy Glass. While my vehicle was parked at their location, someone attached a tracking device to it without my consent. Luckily, I caught it fast, but it's unsettling to think what could have happened. Speedy Glass advertises as a safe place to leave your car overnight, but they have no security cameras. When I contacted them about this incident, they were completely unhelpful and dismissive. On top of that, after spending almost $800 to repair my windshield, they didn't even bother to clean the glass. Honestly, between the lack of security, the tracking device incident, the poor customer service, and the incomplete repair, I will not be returning. My safety and peace of mind are worth more.
