Danielle and her crew have been fantastic with their knowledge of their products!! The Bonnyville/Cold Lake Spirit-leaf is the only place I go to find all my smoking needs. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable! They know their stuff! Courtney, Melissa, and Donna are always good for a smile, chat, laugh, and recommendations. Raith is my go to guy though! He has awesome recommendations and he is great for boosting spirits! They have one of the best group of staff Ive come across in a long time! Love their store(always shiny clean) and staff!

When I first stepped into the store I could smell the cleanliness. Everything was so clean and organized, made it extremely easy to find what I was looking for. I also loved the wide variety of different products they have. I have been served my a few different staff members and everyone of them greeted upon walking in and had smiles. I love going to Spiritleaf for these reasons they are my number one choice.

Where shall one start. Let me begin by telling you about there quality of customer service. This lady named Missy ..(employee) of this store . Knows how to treat a customer,with respect, kindness cheerfulness, and is very knowledgeable about all products in this store. She Missy .. took time out to even educate herself on my concerns. The next time I returned she new me by name . Greeted me with the utmost care and even updated me on new products. If ever customer service representative was like Missy . We would have excellent customer service worldwide. I would highly recommend this young lady for a advancement in the company. This place is the real deal! They’ve got all the essentials for the beginners to the connoisseurs! Went in looking for some high THC vapes, got what I needed, and proceeded to go home and fold the dishes. Great products!
