Been a customer for a few months now, and have been in an out many times. We live in the NW so this is roughly a 15 min drive. It’s great. It’s far enough away from any communities so it’s safer from transients. All of my interactions with management has been great as well. Keep up the good work team!

Found them very ignorant and rude! And hard to deal with! Scammers and just made fun of me and made me feel dumb! So glad I never got a spot there as they are very unprofessional! DONT RECOMMEND ANY ONE USE THESES JOKERS! A lot better and nicer places else where!!

Highly recommend! The owner Travis and everyone working there are very helpful, friendly, and supportive. We have been storing our RV there since 2022 and our experience has been nothing but amazing. No complains. The place is very secure and clean. Will recommend them any time.

Great service and friendly. I like the abundance of rules here which means I don't have to worry about the security of my trailer. Staff have been really helpful to me with questions about winterizing and go out of their way to be helpful. Been storing my trailer here now for a few years and I appreciate that they keep an eye on everything and alert me if anything is out of place like a torn storage cover or a chance of hail damage to look out for.

We have parked our trailers here for years, and have always been so pleased with the friendly staff and amazing service. Any questions I've ever had were answered promptly, and I've always felt valued as a customer.

I'm rather shocked at people complaining in their reviews about the 'excessive rules'- in 10 years, we have NEVER had anything go missing, be damaged, or in any way felt that our property wasn't secure, and that is entirely due to the staff diligently and tirelessly enforcing regulations.

If you want to come and go as you please, with no rules in place, feel free to dump your trailer in some farmer's field and take your chances on whether it will still be there when you need it. I'm happy to follow a few simple restrictions in order to keep everyone safe!

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Owner was not empathetic or understanding at all in regards to a situation involving moving our unit out of our stall during a winter month. We made an honest mistake of not returning a snow shovel immediately after using it to try & dig out our plowed in RV & he called it stealing even though we did return it & evicted us based on “stealing”. This is following having our catalytic converter stolen on their lot; the only reason we had to move our RV in winter was to repair this in the first place. The owner was not the slightest interested in trying to help us or understand our situation & instead accused us as being thieves & evicted us in the middle of winter. I have never been treated this way, it was awful. Zero stars if possible.
