SprintCity has been an invaluable resource for our logistics team any time we need help with our deliveries. We have been working closely with them since June 2024 and they have never let us down. If we get sick calls from our own drivers, or have unexpectedly high order volumes, SprintCity provides us with last-minute, on-demand route coverage. This gives us the peace of mind that we have back-up when we need it.

They have a fleet of late-model commercial vehicles, and professional high-performing drivers that are very reliable. This gives them the capacity to cover multiple scheduled routes as needed. Their team is very responsive to all communications and are quick provide any relevant updates.

They train their drivers to follow all of our company’s procedures so they can seamlessly fit into our own operation as needed, without any of the headaches we’ve encountered from other third parties. They carefully follow safety standards as well.

All of our interactions with their drivers have been friendly, and respectful. They are clearly committed to providing great customer service, as any issues have been dealt with quickly. They’re fast too, so everything gets completed on time!

Overall, they are an excellent addition to our logistics toolkit, and act as a dependable option for whatever delivery needs we might have. We are very happy with their service! 5 out of 5 stars!

Sprintcity’s crew helped with a residential move. They handled everything with care, especially a large and heavy marble dining table that I was a bit worried about. They sent a large 5 ton truck with a lift which helped to speed things along very quickly. I would definitely use their services again!

if I could give more than five stars I would. after weighing my options for assistance with a challenging one-bedroom apartment move, SprintCity felt like the right choice and I really lucked out. the Team arrived at my requested time on the dot, they were fast, efficient and handled/packed my items with grace and care. the Team went absolutely above and beyond to complete my move, even offering to fix a door sill that came loose in my new place during the move in at no extra charge. every task was completed with kindness, compassion a smile and I felt comfortable, at ease and looked after the entire time. technically not a "moving company," SprintCity is MUCH more cost-effective than traditional moving companies and just as skilled, if not better. moving can be extremely hectic and stressful, but SprintCity made SO easy and honestly pretty fun. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to assist my friends and family with their moving/courier needs, and I will DEFINITELY use SprintCity again, they were a dream come true.

I used them again today, and Jessica was very responsive and helpful. They have a high level of detail, communication, follow-up, and great client care. We were working from London for an office in Canada, and Sasha would often say, "Leave this with me. I know it's late in England."
