Would give 0 stars if possible. Driver tried to run me off the road. Was aggressive and dangerous. Should not be driving at all. When this issue was brought up to head office they sided with their driver over the safety of the general public. 0/5 would not recommend especially because the driver was no further ahead of me once we hit downtown so all his life threatening driving failed to even deliver whatever he was carrying any faster.

I was excited to find a company that delivers to the Coast, unfortunately my items were not delivered as promised. I arranged to have two heavy carpets picked up and delivered. Twice I told this company that they would need two strong individuals to pick up the carpets. Not only did they show up a day after they originally quoted, but they sent a single person to pick up. I guess they decided it wasn't worth their time and effort to go back with a second person and they simple told me they would not deliver. Very disappointed. I would not trust this company to deliver.

*UPDATE 5/5 as of Jan 2022. It has been such a relief to get our newborn her forumla delivered to our doorstep no hassle even though we're all the way out on Bowen Island.
3/5 Driver left the baby clothes I ordered on-top of our van at bottom of driveway in the pouring rain

Saw the truck on the way back to Powell River on the ferry. Tried them and within two weeks have used this service along the coast and within Vancouver at least three times so far. I’m never on hold, quick quotes, payment. Everything is where I need it to be when I needed it. My life has changed. Awesome service!!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩. Thank you!!

Ordered an item from the US Dec 3 2019, which was shipped UPS, it arrived at Sprinter Dec 12, and they called me to pay the customs fees. I asked if they could send a payment link to my email since I was on the road, they sent an email with a tracking number. So we called them Dec 16 and gave them our credit card info to pay the duties/taxes. (It's 2020 by the way, and they are still taking down credit card info over the phone)

On Jan 7 I needed the item in question and realized the package hasn't arrived yet, so I gave them a call with the tracking number saying I need this asap.They said they would look into it and call back that day, if not then definitely the next day. Now it's 3 days later, Jan 10 they are closed for the weekend and no word from them. Pretty bad service. They should consider a name change or learn what the word sprint means.

Poorly managed company. Rarely takes the time to communicate to both customers and employees. The only reason I’m not giving a 1 star is because their lower level staff are not the problem, they work hard and are treated unfairly a lot of the time. I would not recommend this company solely on response time.
