I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to Stallion. I launched my online shop last year, and I’m so glad I discovered this company, which offers more affordable shipping rates compared to other couriers. My experience with them has been smooth overall, with no major issues—just a minor mix-up where two of my parcels were mistakenly shipped to the wrong location. Thankfully, Maria was incredibly helpful in resolving the situation, and I’m very pleased with the excellent customer service she provided.

As a Lego collector and dealer in several countries I send Lego sets everywhere and anywhere often rare and high valued items. I met Selina Idris first.... Well she is the Head of Customer Success for a reason, her job title says it all and it is true.

The 2 dispatchers at Burbank avenue are always welcoming, intelligent, answer questions, they even open the door for me when they see my hands full. Can't fault the dynamic duo there either.

I have sent 20 Lego sets in the last month. Ranging from a 40lb large parcel to Washington USA (3 days), to Texas USA (5 days), from the east to the west of the USA from Calgary. Max time was 5 business days. Then we have Canada from NB/NL to Victoria. The longest was 8 days a very large parcel for a child's Xmas present Calgary to NB. Only 3 days Calgary to Victoria, 3-4 days Quebec and Ontario. 2 days to Edmonton, same day local and 3 days Winnipeg.

Was there really a Canada Post strike because not only did I not receive any disruptions, I was able to ship faster and cheaper. My monthly accounting showed my shipping was down a whopping 42.7%, but my shipments/Profit was up a staggering 177.8%.

I had 20 great reviews of my own with 80% praising fast shipping. I guess the other 20% ran out of room praising my products.

I referred many of my friends and they too received the same awesome treatment and reaped the rewards.

Easy to navigate online shipping labels, easy payment, easy credit for payment processing.

I am generally a bit of a butthead, yet I can't fault these guys. Try them out!

Did not deliver my package to France. Their auto fill changed the address and then they weren't able to communicate with LA Poste to change it. They said they will not change the auto fill issue and that is was my fault. They then destroyed my package once it came back to Canada and said the insurance was void as it was my fault. It's effectively a terrible low cost airline, but in delivery company form.

Terrible service and customer service..
During the Canada Post strike I tried using their services for my small business - my client never received their package, and the company ignored my requests to activate the extra insurance I paid for and receive a refund. They claim that the courier reported the package was delivered, even though they had no POD photo. Rude and disrespectful communication with their staff.
I do not recommend this company at all.

Best shipping carrier in Canada for e-commerce. I'm glad that Stallion Express is finally open in Alberta so we can save more money in business shipping. From Edmonton.

Zero support. Etsy Addresses do not load, no automatic post to Etsy order. No tracking on AU option.

Oh did I mention Zero support ? no replies at all.. I switched to another service that is cheaper and 100% works with Etsy and has a hub in NE as well as South a bonus!

I came here to try their cross boarder shipping, and I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the whole process was. Shiv was very welcoming, friendly, patient and taught me how to use the system. What I love most was he was not hesitant helping me process all my packages.
I am happy to see there is excellent customer service here as other cross boarder couriers in Calgary does not. The prices/fees are excellent as well.

I hope you guys will eventually open a drop off location inner city north!!
