J'ai commandé ma boisson préférée, de l'eau chaude avec des glaçons. L'eau était très chaude, mais les glaçons n'étaient pas très froids. Le service était excellent.

So proud of our local Starbucks. I’ve never been to a Starbucks with a more kind, genuine group of staff—every single person here is warm, welcoming, and just truly wonderful. You’re all doing an amazing job! Just a heads-up for anyone visiting the drive-thru, layout is pretty tight. If you’re driving a truck, expect your tires to rub the curbs a LOT. Definitely a design flaw. Otherwise, you are all the best—keep it up!

I would like this Starbucks to stop selling a full price coffee and not pour a full cup. Especially when the costs are so high, extremely disappointing to open the cup lid and see that you have only just over half a cup as your first sip. Needs improvement!!

They made my drink wrong the first time but it took a long time to get the correction. It's brand new to bancroft so they deserve some grace and patience while they get things settled. The place sticks out like a sore thumb thought. It's like 2025 in the middle of a town stuck in the 90s. Grateful to have a Starbucks there though! And they wrote a nice message on my drink which made my day!

Kourtney, Owen and the crew were amazing!!!! Friendliest staff i have had in a long time at a Starbucks! They also made tbe drink perfectly. Way to go dont change so happy there is FINALLY a Starbucks in Bancroft!

Good service, very clean and large seating area with some seating outside as well. All that’s left is to get the washrooms done. Love love love having Starbucks in Bancroft! We still visit local independent coffee stops in town and I’ve never been a Tim Hortons customer so Starbucks is a dream come true in Bancroft.

Went through the drive through because we thought it would be quicker than going in. The window attendant was kind. He apologized for the slow service as they were understaffed and gave us a free piece of lemon loaf. They put so much half & half in my iced coffee it was almost white. When I was placing my order, I specified twice “only a tiny tiny bit of half & half”. They quickly remade it, which I was grateful for. Then my friend and I drove away with our drinks, I took a sip of my iced coffee only to discover that it tasted like raspberry. Not sure if it was raspberry tea or raspberry syrup but it was not what I wanted in my grande iced coffee. Very disappointed and angry. Angry that I wasted $5+, angry that I stopped and made my friend and I late for our guided rock hounding trip.

Just came through the drive through. What an awful experience. From unfriendly greeting, to a terrible cold brew drink, to a sharp person at the window when trying to explain the drink was inedible. No apology. No conversation. Just an awful experience! This is supposed to be a new Starbucks. Mentoring , mentoring is required. This moment was contrary to any experience I have had at any Starbucks in 10 years ! Wow 😳
