Best Shipment Company. Diversified work force

Not impressed with with my driver this week. He has dropped off at my store before and is always rude. We are a small store closed for pickup only and have 1 staff on. Driver was not prepared, did not have his own dolly and was going to drop skid off at the back door and leave. I ended up helping bring the order in (lifting most myself) even though we pay for hand bombing into the store. Driver was appreciative for the help but I do not appreciate having to move this order TWICE being the only staff on.

Not impressed with State Transportation AND the company that I buy from that used them. My company should have known better, but in small town, stores DO NOT have loading docks. Dropping a full skid at the front door just doesn't cut it. Totally disgusted!
