STAY AWAY!!!!! FRAUD
Steven demanded money upfront to "hold your spot". Never showed up to move, refused all calls, messages and emails. REFUSES to return the money.
There's a reason their phone number has changed multiple times. There are better companies out there for a few dollars more. Yes they are a bargain price! But when you pay them UPFRONT, get 0 in return, are they worth it? lol. I am reporting them to the authorities as soon as I get the time. Just moved so its been busy. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

Booked a move for January 3, 2022. I first messaged at 9am that day to confirm that everything was good to go. No response. The movers were supposed to arrive at 11am. I messaged again at 11:15 when no one had shown up again. Finally got a response that he had written my moving date down wrong and was out of town despite text conversations in which the date of the move was mentioned multiple times by each of us. This apparently is not the first time that these movers have just not shown up. Do not book with these movers if you want a reliable team. He did return my deposit at least.

These guys were great! We were left in a bind when another moving company we had arrangements with didn't show up last minute. They went the extra mile and found us a couple of guys to help move the same day we called. They were careful, efficient and professional and they even gave us a deal. Highly recommended.

CHRISTMAS EVE NIGHTMARE COME TO LIFE - DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPAY FOR YOUR MOVING NEEDS

I hired Stevens Moving and Delivery on November 24,2021 to move within the same city on December 22.
But instead of a happy successful moving experience, all I got from the start of my missed original 12pm expected arrival time until my deposit refund request at 11am on December 24, was an endless list of excuses and lies.
Although I consider myself a victim of this company, I am a fortunate one as I did not suffer any financial loss. But I did loose 48hrs of valuable time waiting on wishy washy commitments made to which I believe Steven Metcalfe knew the entire time he was not going to follow through with. In such an already stressful time of the year I hope no one else falls victim to this man’s terrible work ethic and bad business practices. Please have a back up plan if you feel this company is worth risking your moving with.

Warning to anyone thinking to hire this company to move your belongings:

Steven Metcaf is a dishonest person and he runs a very crooked operation here. I could tell you my tale of woe, but it would take several paragraphs to give you all the details. I had posted a comprehensive review earlier last year, but I see it is not here anymore…

Long story short, he charged us SEVERAL thousand dollars for a simple move that went wrong in every way imaginable, all due to his unbelievable incompetence and dishonesty.

Please, please, please save yourself and do not hire this man to do anything! I honestly think any positive reviews online are fabricated. He’s that bad.

I booked them for a move on Saturday. They weren't able to do it then, so he rescheduled for Sunday at 10 am. Received a text Sunday morning that they had to cancel on me. Thankfully I received my deposit refund back but now I'm left to call around last minute to find a mover with no success!

Steven left damage on my property after moving our stuff and will not get back to me. He has left me in the dust and I would not recommend Stevens Moving to anybody.
