I filled in my form for them to come 12-3pm they didn’t come till 1:30am I called them 4 times to confirm my delivery and they said yes I will get my stuff that day September 1st and I had to crashout for them to get my shit. But thankfully the guy I was in contact with in the company helped get my items even though it was very late so I will give them grace for that. They need to do better with the timing and hire more people and get more trucks. I had a great experience with them dropping off my stuff with them in April for summer and everything came back in good condition though. Just disappointed with my items coming very late since It had basically all my essentials that I’d be using. I hope they improve and it works out more smoothly.

I have multiple boxes in storage and need to get them back, but every phone call goes straight to voicemail, and I have received no response via email or Instagram. When I try to log into their website, I get an error message and cannot access my account.

If anyone knows how to reach them or has had a similar experience, please let me know.

Edit: After a call with the dispatcher, they placed our order on the priority list for delivery tomorrow at noon. I am looking forward to receiving my packages, and I appreciate their help in getting this scheduled.
