Glen at Storage solutions was very helpful and professional both at the beginning of my term renting a unit to the end! He explained everything well. The price he quoted was what was taken out monthly no surprises. The unit was very clean and no bugs or vermin got into it over the winter! My personal property was safe! It was positioned easy for the movers to get in and out! I would recommend Storage Solutions if you have storage needs! 5*rating

Easy fast access to your storage unit. Used for a few months while between apartments. No damages with the indoor unit but did have a lot of spiders. Mostly due to the weather change. 4/5

While the price of the unit, while too high for my liking, is cheaper than other places in Woodstock.

However, I'm not impressed with their customer service hours.

I go over yesterday, (2 July) at 2:20 pm, only to find that their office is only open between 10:00 am & 2:00 pm. A wasted trip.

No one seems to be interested in providing good customer service anymore.

And the customer service hours ARE NOT posted on their website.

While the young lady manning the Woodstock location was very nice and efficient, I'm not impressed with Storage Solutions' level of customer service.

It could be better.

I have been with Storage Solutions for almost 2 years, and I have never had any problems with them at all. The staff was always polite and answered any questions I might have. My belongings were safe and secure and there was never any leaks or rodent problems .I will use them again if the time comes.

We have been customers for the past 10 months and recently visited one of our three storage units.
I received a message the next day that Rachel, from Storage Solutions Woodstock, had noticed that our lock was not properly closed on one of the units.
This is outstanding attention to detail and customer service by both the company and especially by and Rachel.
I highly recommend Storage Solutions Woodstock to everyone.

Amazing service! I’ve used Storage Solutions for quite a few months now and just recently transferred to a smaller unit to suit my needs. The transfer was quick and easy, and Glen was very helpful with getting the new contract in place. I was able to have everything moved into the new unit within a couple of hours. He was even able to help me keep my personal access code instead of giving out a new one which was super awesome! I definitely recommend using Storage Solutions for all your storage needs!
