We required short term storage coming from Alberta to BC. Andrew was very helpful and was able to do all of the paperwork remote to ensure we could access the facility after the office closed. Policies regarding locks, fobs, deposits, payment schedules, cancellations, etc were clearly stated either verbally and/or in the contract. The facility was nice and clean and well laid out. Everything went really well! Great facility and customer service. Would recommend.

We rented storage space from Storage Bear for several years and always found that our goods were safe and secure. Dealing with Storage Bear staff has always been a pleasure, they have been polite and professional. I would not hesitate in recommending Storage Bear to anyone.

So far so good. Norm is an absolute delight to work with. We have been a bit of a handful to deal with, to be honest and he's been nothing but patient and understanding. The site is easy to access but also very secure. Super clean and tidy.

We needed short term RV storage and they were very easy to deal with. The staff were friendly and efficient. The storage area was clean, well maintained and secure. Definitely recommend them.

Unfortunately, we rented a storage unit at Storage Bear for several years (out of necessity more than choice). And it's true what others have said about the operators shady practices and trying to collect fees for nothing and billing every 28 days. However, the biggest scam Storage Bear is running is that they claim to be a secure storage facility when in fact they are not. I don't recall there being any "individual door alarm" on our unit like they claim on their website. You enter the site not by punching in a code but by key fob. They also insist that customers only use their locks which you buy from them to store belongings. They have a master key and therefore have access to your unit at all times. And if you use your own locks they will not hesitate to cut them off and replace them with theirs and then bill you for it. But they do not tell customers about their policies beforehand and definitely do not inform people of this on their website. Our storage unit was never secure. And now after moving everything out, we are missing a portable air conditioner, laptops, tools, and more. The owner of this facility has a lot to answer for and we will be taking him to court. Next time I will save myself the hassle and headache and go with one of the more professional larger chain facilities. The owner of this facility is a little tyrant and incredibly difficult to deal with.

Needed RV storage on short notice and Norm came through for us. Very simple process to get signed up over the phone. Site is secure, clean, and tidy. Site is easy to access. Would highly recommend.

My Husband and I were very impressed with the cleanliness of the lockers,surronding areas, the fog and key system were very easy to use. Even in the evening when I needed to take items out of the storage unit on my own, I felt very safe as the entire lot is lit up and the cameras make you feel even more safe. The staff are very knowledgeable and professional, when I booked my storage unit and continued to be when I needed to make inquiries. We will definitely use Storage Bear again. Keep up the Fantastic job!!!

Andrew and his team are not only decent and hard-working people but they also genuinely care about every one of their clients. This facility on Carrington Road is very secure and very well put together as well as always clean for clients and they even provide a bathroom for clients. Anybody who decides to use their storage facilities, will be very pleased with the security of the premises an the hard working staff. Thanks to the gang in the office always giving great service.
