TERRIBLE EXPÉRIENCE par Drummondville.
Malheureusement, cela fait deux fois que nous faisons affaire avec eux et les employés ne sont pas professionnels.
Première fois—> les produits n’étaient pas prêts à notre arrivée et mon chum a dû défaire la commande à LEUR PLACE.
Deuxième fois—> mon grand-père est allé et nous avions convenu par téléphone qu’il ne devait pas faire d’efforts physiques … Il a finit par en faire et défaire ENCORE la commande à leur place.
Je ne les recommande pas du tout.

Great Service, Trina from storage tech was very helpful, and sorted out our delivery. She gave us multiple otpions and kept me updated throughout the process, she never hesitated to get a hold of me on my personal number! In the end they sent an amazing driver who was highly skilled he saved us time and money! The guy new what he was doing all while driving manual, minimal damage to the grass! would highly recommend!

Buying this second used 20’ container from Storage-Tech was a great experience. They did not ask me for any funds upfront, the container was as they said it would be, and it arrived on time on the day I chose to have it delivered. Payment was made via debit machine at my home. I plan on purchasing another one in the near futur. I recommend Stirage-Tech. ?

Bought a 20' used container. Looked like it had been reworked and we were unable to close the doors fully, but Justin was able to work with me to resolve the issue and provide a different unit.

Trina was great to deal with and Tyler their driver was a great guy.

Delivery arrived on the schedual date. The Container was exactly what we ordered and in excellent shape. The deliery person was excellent a finised the unloading and placement in record time. Only glitch was the lock box on the unit. This should be checked in advance of delivery to make sure the holes line up especially when a lock is requested for that purpose of locking the unit. Otherwise great service with purchase from a site on the computer showing Containers and not seeing it in person. Thank you.

Storage-Tech was fantastic! They accommodated my delivery schedule early in the morning and managed to place my container in a very tight spot using The Mule as shown in some of their videos. The entire experience was great. Would absolutely recommend.
