Very good storage place. We left luggage and boxes there for more than 3 months and found them exactly in the same condition as when we left. Melanie and Theresa are both very nice and responsive. Clean place and it looks very safe. We recommend their storage.

Great staff, working with the client to provide the right solution. Whenever I had to change the size of my storage or had a light issue near my room, it was fixed shortly.
In the last few months the facility upgraded their security with extra cameras and light set-up.
Also, a it's in good location and easy to access with a 3 tall doors for loading.

Very terrible experience here, the manager is very unprofessional and always wanted to pick fights with me. I will consider the manager here a bully and a really nasty person. I paid my dues and cause no problems yet just because I was friends with somebody who used to rent a locker there that he didn’t like he kicked me out. Ended up losing some of my stuff in the process and at a time where he really needed a storage locker he took that away for me. Even though I paid my dues and cause no problems. Would not recommend at all. Very unprofessional and intimidating staff and manager.I would never recommend this business to anybody. If you need Storage go elsewhere.

The place is nice and clean and in a good location but theirs a skinny black guy who works there that makes things difficult. The first day I was there he was unable to process my banking information and tried to tell me my bank card doesn't work. They don't have a debit machine and don't take cash so they have to type a bunch of information into the computer in order to process you. This guy must have done it wrong and couldn't accept responsibility for his error and so blames my bank card. I had to waste a bunch of time running to the bank to double check and of course, the card was fine. Never had any trouble with my card before or since. Finally, I had a friend put the unit on his credit card. So today I go back in and ask this guy how much it costs to rent the smallest unit available and he won't answer me. Instead, he asks which unit I am currently renting. So I repeat my question and he repeats his. Finally, I get him to answer my question ($94). So I inform him that I had already put in my two-week notice for the unit I was currently renting and would like to rent a smaller unit for the next month and he says, 'well that's why it's easier just to tell me what unit you in.' He is too rude, too awkward. Now I have to waste a second bunch of time dealing with this place. Why can't he answer a simple question? I would have liked to pull a few things out of one unit and put them into another, one hour of my day, but instead, I have to wait and talk to a manager and possible bring my stuff somewhere else. What a pain in the butt!

The staff are so friendly. My unit was clean (second floor). Hallways are bright. Garage, freight elevator and trollies really help to make the overall moving experience convenient, quick and pleasant.

Amazing location in the beltline and super easy access to the storage units. There are dollies and carts available to use and love that the units are all heated. We cold pull our truck right into the garage bay to unload which was awesome when it was snowing out. Super friendly staff too!

The gentleman 🎩 who takes care of this facility is a special kind of awesome, don't let him go whatever you do, also he deserves a raise. I wish I was better with names. Because he deserves a shout out for making everyone feel welcomed.
