Honestly they have been amazing to my bf & mysel. We fell on some hard times and they worked a fair affordable plan for us to catch up. Which we are all good now. I’ll never use any other storage facilities again

I guess the price is ok, but as for being on the ball I don't agree at all I had some things outside my unit that I was not planning to store but to take with me stuff that was very expensive and when I took my eyes off of it for just a few mins they disappeared and when I asked staff about it not one of them seemed to know what had happened to it. I am not convinced that one of them took my things and are not willing to fess up as they have decided to keep it.

This storage unit is great for storing stuff you can't physically carry or an extra spot for all of the things you've run out of space for if you have an abundance of items and consider yourself a "rescuer of things". I don't judge. Storing my stuff here for a couple months and I haven't had a problem. Mostly I think it's because I don't really actually go there. But the office lady was nice and spoke loud and clear through the plastic that was erected in between us. The cost was average and my unit could probably hold a lot of knick knacks and patty wacks. I give two average sized thumbs up (because I don't need to exaggerate my thumbs size) and attempted a big toe thumbs up (but it was hard and I decided to just stick with the thumbs)

We had rented space for 3 years and had a lovely experience with the office staff. But the owner himself is extremely rude, hostile and clearly has no proper communication with those in the office.

"It's ok" it's exactly what a 3star review is for.

It would be infinitely better if it were accessible outside the hours of 7am-7pm.

if you get in before "last call" (7pm), there is still a way out...
but they start turning lights off at 7pm, to "encourage" you to be out of the very storage space you are renting.

the prices are also too dang high

literally the only reason I store my stuff here, is they were the best/only place to get all my stuff stored safely on such short notice.

I wish they were better/cheaper than they are.
I'm going to Uhaul storage instead. ?
it's cheaper, cleaner, more accessible, better hours, and they hand out free month storage vouchers like candy.

to wit: I rented a trailer ($14.95) to haul stuff to flea market, Uhaul gave me 30days free storage.
if I have to rent a trailer once a month to keep rolling in vouchers....
it'll certainly be more cost effective that store-it Oshawa. 🙂

sorry guys, you gotta get with the times.
but I tell you what: I'll check back in a year and see if you're still like this. maybe add a couple stars too. ?

This is a well run clean gated secure facility. I am very happy with the storage unit and the staff is very professional and on the ball. The prices are very reasonable
