"Just had dinner at Subway in Lac Du Bonnet.
The service was excellent, and the food was delicious.

No complaints whatsoever; we were well taken care of.
Our coupons were also accepted without any issues.
Overall, a 5-star experience for us.

absolutely horrible! this place has gone downhill! went in yesterday, guy working informed me they were completely out of bread as soon as I walled in (1 and a half hours before close). Came back today at 530, out of bread, only had white left. Ordered 12" roast chicken (different veggies on both halves), I was Overcharged for 2 6"s, 6" ham, and 3 of the ham and bacon cunnucks. To sum up my experience, we are practically drinking out 2 foot long cunnuk sandwiches! Bread is not even big enough to fit basic veggies And sauce is dripping everywhere. Girls working both seemed in bad moods, attitudes sucked. Didn't wash hands after working the till. I've held off going to this location because it blatantly sucks, and I will make sure not to revisit again until staff are better trained or replaced! I'll drive 30 mins to beausejour if I want it that badly, but not even worth it!

Just bought a breakfast sub here and the girl that was here was very fast but had an attitude like hurry up and order. When I got my sub I left as I was traveling and upon eating it the egg was still frozen and the wrapper was covered in sauce on the outside nevertheless I had it everywhere. Subway is usually much better than this.

Wow!!! My husband, kids and I met here for supper tonight and we received amazing customer service!!! The ladies were patient with our first-timer sons, made our subs in an efficient manner, and were kind and courteous throughout our whole evening! They wrote “Dad” and “Mom” on the correct subs, made sure each boy had the correct sides in their bags, and even brought out extra cookies when they heard there was a birthday in our group! We were blown away by their kindness! Thank you for such a great experience!!!

I have been there twice in the last two weeks. Unfortunately it only had one staff person working. So when online orders came in, you got bumped to the end of the line kinda.
Staff were pleasant and did say sorry for the delay.

Everything was fresh, they didn't skimp on the meat or toppings, and the service was fantastic. The young ladies even let me buy some extra bacon on the side for my dogs.

Update: Now that I live in the area, I’ve had the opportunity to visit this location several times. While most visits are great, there have been a couple of times where things haven’t been as fresh and the service was lacking. Overall, it’s a great location, but a bit inconsistent.

Only one person working, so be aware that if there is a line, you will be waiting for a while to get your sandwich. The guy working was quick though, and made sure to get the sandwich orders right.
