Less sauce, less veggie. When mentioned this to staff, they were not friendly. Supervisor hanged up on me! I am not happy with how staff handled my complaint.

Had the worst experience I've ever had at this restaurant.
My partner went in today to report issues with the order we placed last night, we live almost an hour away and he works in town so he went in after work ended. The employee denied all accusations of things being wrong with the order, and basically called him a liar when he told them there were things wrong or missing with our order.
The following issues:
1. He received an m&m cookie instead of chocolate chunk, which the employee argued he didn't order an m&m cookie, so he told her to read the receipt.
2. The wrong drink was given, once again, we live almost an hour away, but she still expected him to give the wrong drink back.
3. The wrong sauces were put on the BMT
4. There were only three pickles on the cold cut when we called and asked for alot
5. There was no bacon on the cold cut when we paid for it

Not only that, but there were barely any vegetables, as other recent reviews have stated. This is absolutely unacceptable and this entire experience was very unprofessional. This location needs to work on their professionalism, and their customer service skills because they are heavily lacking both.

We will be contacting the manager in the morning over this situation, because while we understand mistakes get made, the way this employee handled the situation was absolutely ridiculous and shameful.

The staff member was fantastic with the kiddos and engaged in conversations with them while he took their order!! Excellent customer service lastnight!

Pizza sub isn't that bad. It's nice that you can buy drinks and snacks though. I'm not a big sandwich lover.

A+ Service. Knowledgeable server with great recommendations. Lobster Roll and Sidekick did not disappoint. Clean, organized dining room. Quick and good quality.

Ask for cookies with your combo... Get 1 and 2/3 of a cookie. Where's the rest of the cookie? When I asked the girl working if I could have another full cookie, she told me it was against company policy to replace cookies Even though I hadn't left the counter and we both clearly knew she had given me the cookie in question.

The fellow who made my sandwiches was so professional, fast, and had great attention to detail and hygiene.
