Fun for the whole family. The races on the weekends before school ends start at 3pm, and they move the program along fast. Get an afternoon/evening of grest short track racing in, and get home and kids in bed at a reasonable hour. Go food and no bad seat in the house.

Go on a clear summer evening to find out why they call it sunset speedway! Good family fun! Clean amenities, fair pricing, food stands, beer tent and a good selection of races. Check the schedule for the lineups. We visit once every year. Fan Appreciation night is a cool experience for the family. Personally, I enjoy the stock car and late modifieds races.

Back at the track for the first time in five years, and it's still an awesome experience! Racing started at 6pm and went until almost 11pm! Great mix of midget cars, super stocks, and street stocks! I will definitely be going back!!!

My fiancée and our friends LOVE sunset speedway! We always have an amazing time and hold great memories here! Fun for everyone! So sad to hear the news that they are closing down. Will miss the sound of the cars even at our house in Innisfil on Saturday nights, will miss the thrills and the rubber flying in our eyes sitting up front in the beer garden. Can’t wait to celebrate with you guys for the rest of the season❤️

Had a great time this last Saturday had 3 grandsons 2 from Amsterdam they just loved the track and the races expseially when they were able to come on the track and meet the drivers and see and touch the cars Was a great time for a 4 and 6 and 8 year old boys .And us old grandpa's.

Sunset Speedway is a GREAT place to go if you want the following: To wait 30 minutes for a burger. To see 3 hours of racing stretched into a 5 hour show. To see 30 minute driver introductions as they walk to their cars with music (which you can't ever hear because the sound system is shot). I have been attending Sunset since the late 80's and this is the worst it has been. Peterborough and Flamboro are going to get my entertainment dollar moving forward.
