Absolutely mortified with the service we received at a kids Christmas party. Daughter was blamed for a table shattering while she was sitting. Then the company is quick to ask for money to replace the table top, staff have been incredibly difficult and rude to deal with. The staff didn’t realizing that the top was damaged before my daughter was at the table. Disgusted with management and how the situation was handled. Take advantage of a major company just to get furniture replaced for free. Not to mention how staff treated kids and parents at the pool function.

Great hotel. Surprisingly beautiful lobby for a Super 8 and the rest of the hotel was clean and pleasant. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was immaculate and comfortable.
The gym area is small but adequate. Some maintenance of the machines and a wider selection of freeweights would have been nice, but this is a minor complaint. Overall a great experience.

No complimentary breakfast or coffee as advertised. When questioned, was given no discount on the rate. Also none of the outdoor plug ins work. This is an issue when its -27. TV was broken in the room also. Overall not impressed.

This hotel has discontinued the on-site continental breakfast while increasing room rates. Won't be staying there until they again offer breakfast or decrease room rates to reflect the mediocre condition of the suites and lack of continental breakfast.
