It is not possible for a moving company to have ONLY 5 * reviews. That should have been a red flag for me. So don't say you weren't warned.

The movers were great! Hard working group of guys. However, the "packing service" leaves MUCH to be desired. The packers (not same guys as the movers) were late, spent too much time wrapping up non-essentials, and in the end DID NOT remotely finish the job. This company does what all moving companies do, which is to demand payment in the middle of the job so the customer has no choice but to pay. What happens then is that the workers are no longer inclined to finish the job properly.

As a consequence of the packers not finishing their job, the movers came the next day and ended up just throwing things together to clean out the property. This took at least THREE extra hours and the "packing" job was messy. Things got broken when it could have been avoided had the packers did their job.

Also, watch out for the quoted price!! The quote is only for a few hours, then they charge an ENORMOUS amount for each additional hour AND for each worker. My bill was about four times higher than what I was quoted.

I expressed my displeasure with the company weeks ago and got no response.
