This place is by the worst shipping company ever. Suzy is extremely unprofessional. Very bad at communicating and doesn't respect people's time. I shipped with her in 2023 and it was a horrible experience then. This year I had 2 more barrels and thought I'd give her business another chance and that was a mistake. She had me waiting all day to deliver my barrels and when I tried calling or texting to get an update she completely ignored my calls. I had to call from a different number for her to pick up.

when I called her to inquire about shipping I asked her the price to ship a barrel and she said over the phone $160 and 1 week later when I was ready to ship I texted her to reconfirm the price and she said it was now $200 per barrel. I was still willing to pay even though I knew she was ripping me off because I am new in Calgary and haven’t found another company yet. Some guy was supposed to pick up the barrels and had me waiting even after I told him I had to go to work, he still didn't show when he said he would and I called him and no answer.

That's when I decided to cancel. Shipment with this company is ridiculous and the level of unprofessionalism I have experienced was outrageous. I would not recommend doing business here. Save yourself the headache

We came to the store at 10:15, 15 minutes before at 10:30 advertise opening time. According to the sign we need to call or text so we did and waited for a response. When we didn’t get a response from a text message I sent, I called only to get a recording that the number is not in service. We continue to wait and watch us. Others came and left, but because we needed this barrel, we waited. At about 1050 somebody showed up. Once we got inside the person first come to us is how can I help you, with no acknowledgement of the fact that she was late and she came and saw customers waiting . I mentioned the exact thing to her, and she began to tell me that she was stuck in traffic It was not her fault. I continue to say the obvious thing in that you advertise the time that you were opening and you came and saw clients here and the least you can do is acknowledge and appreciate us for waiting. At this point, I’m getting eye roll and nothing but attitude and yet she refused to see the point that I was trying to make. It is unfortunate that with businesses like this as much as you try to support them, they choose not to elevate their level of customer service. I would never recommend anybody supporting this business

I used this shipping company in 2021 to ship 2 barrels to my country, and both barrels were so full that I had to sit on top of them to close them. But by the time it got to its destination, almost half of both barrels were gone. I called and emailed the owner to make a complaint about what happened, but their response made me feel like I was wrong for taking it home after customs clearance., that I was supposed to leave it there and then make a complaint. I tried to let her know that I was ignorant of the fact that I was supposed to leave the barrels there and then make a complaint, but she just told me she is sorry that she can't help me. Most of my stuff was gone and that's all she had to say to me. I can NEVER recommend anyone to that company for their unprofessional behavior. I have met people who said the same about this company and it was true from the beginning. I just wished I had listened to them.
