Serving local but serving a far greater cause Swift Delivery goes above and beyond with their customer service. Jeffrey helped me track down a package that went missing due to my provider's miscommunication - no fault of Swift nor their excellent staff. Swift's CSR was, indeed, quick to respond and help my urgent business concern. He pointed out critical information and updated all required systems to help ensure a smooth experience. I highly recommend this stalwart and nimble Ottawa based delivery company. I rarely give out perfect reviews but Swift deserves the rating for the help they provided me today.

John driver number 212. Delivered a bike when I wasn't home and instead of just sending it back to the depot, called my cell and was able to put it in the garage for me so it didn't sit outside until I got home and risk being stolen. Outstanding

I had no idea how to get 6 pallets weighing 7 tons from a warehouse in Montreal to my Kanata location. I called Swift and they took care of everything for less money that I expected. Delivered on their promises, professional and careful with the goods. Highly recommended!

First time I have had a delivery from Swift and I had excellent service! I live in a rural area and for some reason, FedEx can never find me. No problem for Swift though! My delivery was on time and I had courteous, professional service from the driver, Adrian, who is a super nice guy with a hilarious sense of humour. I cannot be happier. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Our small business uses Swift Delivery Systems almost exclusively. Drivers are always quiet upon entering & polite. Call Representatives are clear, efficient and polite (even when I'm being impatient) Invoicing is easy to read/track. Today, Jeff (Call Representative, for Ottawa incoming requests) called to inform me that a package had been delivered "because he knew I was worried about it's safe arrival". WOW. It was so appreciated! Customer Service is huge for me, Swift definitely meets my expectations every time and sometimes, like today, go beyond my expectations -- Thank you for the extra effort!
