Not a pleasant experience. Did take out, which for some reason had to be ordered the night before, and after all that, the food was very disappointing. Very little flavor in any of the dishes, and everything looked the same. Will not be returning.

The food is decent but the service is terrible. The owner is a complete sketch bag who drives away customers. The inside of the place is cluttered with junk and there's no place to sit down. They do take out only and only accept cash. Make sure you order dinner before 3 pm or she doesn't pick up the phone or does and complains that she has to make your order. I won't be ordering again. There's so many other great places to eat. The owner is rude and obnoxious and doesn't deserve our business.

Best Chow mein, rice, chicken and pork. Egg rolls are the absolute best. Great friendly service and fast. Too bad you wouldn't come out to Fort McMurray to teach them how to make your delicious food!

Recommended by my hotel. Stepped foot through the door and a wide eyed, exacerbated lady met me yelling. "IS THIS YOUR ORDER"?!?!. I replied. "No ma'am". She then says "Then what do you want"?. "To dine in". As I pointed to the dining room and big sign in the window that says "Dine in"! She muttered "We don't do that" and ambled off....

Staff were kind of pushy and rude. I went at the peak of dinner time so I expected it to be busy. I was fine with the idea of waiting a while. I sat down to look at the menu. They kept hurrying me to make up my mind. Telling me I'd get my food faster if I decided quick. This was after having the menu for less than 5 minutes. I found this to be in poor taste. So I left to another busy restaurant that actually let me take the time to look at the menu.

Crazy busy. Don’t bother waking in unless it is just before close. It gets so busy that they stop answering the phone and can come off as rude service. They aren’t rude, just harried. Good Canadian-Chinese food with all the favourites. The best Canadian Chinese food in Amherst.

If you want traditional Chinese Food try Victorian Faire. The owner is super nice and the food is good and reasonably priced.
