I am usually not the type of person to write Google reviews, but the food at Tamariba Kitchen was so good I had to write a review on behalf of my family and I! We are visiting Canada from New York and this is by far the best food we had in our trip so far. We ordered the begbie poke, tonkatsu, shrimp pad thai, croquettes, and pork gyoza and each dish was delicious in their own way. They gave large portions and used high quality ingredients with great and quick service as well. Such a great find and the food was honestly better than a lot of places in New York City. Please come and go support - you won’t regret it!

One night in Revelstoke, and we stumbled upon this gem of a food truck. We ordered the tonkatsu, teriyaki beef, and pumpkin croquettes. Thick and juicy pieces of pork, with a savory and tangy sauce. After one bite, we immediately started planning a return trip on the way back home.
P.S. we stopped by for lunch on the way back to the lower mainland and ordered one tonkatsu each because it was so good. We also got the fried horse mackerel which was so light and flaky, it melted in your mouth! I wish this food truck was close to home but all the more reason to go back to Revelstoke!

Got the Chicken Karaage Bowl and the Beef Curry Spring Roll. Let me tell you right now. Absolutely amazing. The components of the bowl are individually seasoned and dressed, you get the this collage of different flavours. The beef curry spring roll was a very unique take and I was all there for it. I want to try this again when I come and visit. Definitely worth the detour.

Without a doubt, the best poke I have ever eaten, it's not even comparable!!!! These guys are doing black magic in there. Flavors and textures are bold and well balanced. Hard to believe this is in Revelstoke of all places, puts Japanese in cities like Vancouver, Lima, and LA all to shame!! I live in Golden and will be regularly driving out to Revy rain or shine until I've eaten every single thing on this menu. If you want to eat Michelin calibre Japanese for a very modest price point, look no further.

Tonkotsu black ramen after snowboarding was sooooo good ? We also had the Begbie poke bowl. Good portion and really hit the spot! Nice staff and food was ready very quickly. Would come here again!
