The woman answering the phone last night was a b word. Hung up on my husband and I three times. On the last time said " ugh don't know why you're calling". Yea, maybe for a taxi? If the other companies weren't busy we wouldn't of used your company.
The drivers were nice. Cabs clean. Dispatcher... YIKES.

I want to choose zero star but the lowest is 1. We were visiting Banff and the dispatcher this evening, February 2 at 8:00pm, should not be a dispatcher, he’s a disgrace and will bring this taxi taxi company 6 feet under. He was very rude and won’t let his caller to talk for instructions and just ended the call abruptly. We waited forever and the taxi didn’t arrive, it was -20 outside! Being busy is not an excuse to become rude, not acceptable. Just an advise, tell that person to take a stress and anger management class.

I'm not sure what all the bad reviews are for. Maybe there has been a change or effort towards improving. I used the taxi service several times while in Banff. They were polite and courteous when calling. Prompt pickup always within a few minutes. Rates are expensive, about $15 from one side of town to the other.

I would also give a 0 star if I could. As others have said the dispatcher was incredibly rude. I asked for a cab her told me go to the door and hung up. I did go directly to the door and waited in sub zero temperatures for 10 minutes and called back to ask for a wait time. I was told my cab was already taken and was told to go and wait outside and was hung up on. I chose to walk.
If this guy is mad at his life or job he should make a change instead of treating customers like garbage.

Literally sitting here right now as I type this on the side of the trans Canada highway right outside Banff (2 km’s). Called and asked for a taxi to come pick up my wife and children as it’s -15° outside and our vehicle broke down. Dispatcher said “we’re too busy”.
Awesome that when a family’s lives are at stake, you’re too busy to help. (I’d happily pay whatever you’d like to gouge me, but you didn’t even give me the option).
Absolute scum. Do not ever trust these clowns.

I took several rides during my stay. 3 drivers were very nice and polite. 3 were barely acknowledging of my presence. It’s like they are still in the dark ages. If you can’t be professional and grateful that you have a business that so far hasn’t had competition, you don’t deserve to be in business. This acting like you are doing clients a favour will stop once UBER is fully operating. And trust, it will. And the cherry on top: one of the operators is so rude that it’d be just easier to answer the phone with a: “hi, I have a tiny d, so that’s what you can expect from me. Where are you going today?” At least one wouldn’t be caught off guard. Miserable people create a miserable experience. Which is too bad for the nice ones. Once competition opens, they will be affected too. Jump ship ASAP.

my experience with this company was so unbelievable. We ordered a taxi and The operator was extremely rude on the phone and hung up on us right away. My friends and I waited for 30 minutes and Called back and got hung up on again. Finally, we got a cab cause we tracked one down one the street and The driver was so rude. At the end of the day, it’s a monopoly business. This is the only taxi company here because there’s no Uber but I would rather walk and get frostbite ant go with this company again.

Do not use this company. The below taxi driver attempted to run myself and family( wife and 3yr old) off the road in icy conditions. I approached the taxi driver after this frightful experience. His response was I cut him off. I’m a tourist in town and the roads are covered by ice so any actions from myself was completely accidental. Appalling behaviour by this company and I’m not surprised to see the other 1 star reviews. This company is reckless and dangerous and shouldn’t be in business.
