WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR US. Big kudos to Tejinder and his team for providing exceptional service at a reasonable price.

We ordered a new fridge for our townhouse from Home Depot over a month ago. Home Depot was supposed to include free delivery and disposal of my old fridge, which they failed miserably. There were two no show appointments in a row, causing weeks of delay and inconvenience. When they finally showed up on the third time with 4 people, they put a hole in my wall even before they started moving my old fridge down my townhouse stairs. They gave up shortly after and told me to go pay for my own moving company to do the job. My house was left with disassembled fridge parts all over the main floor, the new fridge sitting dead centre behind my front door, and my old fridge blocking the pathway between my kitchen and living room.

In contrast, Tejinder and his team were dedicated enough to show up at 9pm on the same day I called. With just 3 people, they successfully moved my old fridge out of my house and my new fridge upstairs, even though they were only initially planning to assess my situation. I can confidently say they did what Home Depot couldn't even imagine doing, and took less than a day rather than over a month to do the job properly. Excellent work!

I scheduled a delivery and they gave me a 3-hour window in the afternoon which is totally understandable. I called in the morning, asking if they could give me a text about half an hour before their arrival as I need about 25 minutes or so to get to the place of drop-off and they said yes they can do that. However, I got a call in the afternoon saying that they are on their way and will be there in about 15 minutes. I questioned whether they have forgotten to text me and they said that it’s the other department who talked to me so they don’t know about it. So I had to leave asap. I also confirmed with them that they will wait for me and when I get there they will be there as well. After I arrived, they weren’t there, saying that they are 10 minutes away. I don’t know how this works but it looks very unprofessional to me. They did not apologize for anything. The whole experience was horrible.
Follow-up: Just an update, the dishwasher is leaking and there’s water on the ground, not sure if there will be water leaking down into the basement. But this team is way too unprofessional.

The truck was parked in front of my house since I come home, I can say 2 hours, I do not care if they are installing something in someone's house. They have to care and respect us and our property. They do not have any professionalism.

Today, the delivery driver parked his car in front of our restaurant, so I couldn't park my car. I asked him to move his car, but he got angry. This company's service is a mess.
