Overall perfect experience. We booked a trip to see Lake Louise and Lake Moraine. The driver Michal was there (in Banff Gate Mountain Resort as our pick up place) in time and in positive mood. We were introduced to a trip plan (how long will it take to reach both locations and how much time we can spend there), picked up other two more passengers in Canmore and then headed to Lake Louise first. You have enough time for both locations (90 minutes for each) and if you don’t want to buy overpriced drinks and food in both locations take your own supplies.The biggest advantage of this service is that you can take the shuttle from both Dead Mans Flats - Banff Gate Mountain Resort (if you are accommodated there same as we were) or from Canmore. Thank you Michal and we definitely recommend this service to everyone. 👍

Company staff are excellent in accommodating the needs of the client. Responded to message in a timely manner. Michal was an excellent driver, and the shuttle was comfortable for the hour drive from Canmore to Lake Louise/Moraine Lake. Limited numbers took all the hassle of having to do the jump from one shuttle to another.
