The worse customer service at the Guyana leg of your operations. Your CSR literally told us to ship elsewhere. The wharf has a policy requesting everyone to wear sneakers. So we asked why we weren't informed of this when they called. She get even more upset. This is my last time using your service.

Sending the barrel from Canada was so easy. As soon as it gets to Guyana you literally have the deal with the rudest people. Always have an attitude for no reason. On top of that you will steal half of your stuff out the barrel you sent for your family. Terrible thing to go through.

I dropped off my barrel 2nd Saturday in August and want told it will take 6 weeks since the container is leaving the same day.
We called Tuesday, October 03rd, in the morning and was told the shipment was arriving Friday, October 06.
After lunch on Tuesday, the same day, we get a call to go pick up the barrel.
My question is, how reliable are these people? Do they know what they are doing? Too much attitude when you call customer service in guyana. We are paying to send the barrel it's not free.

Had the worst experience in there today. My sister-in-law asked me to pick up some papers for a Ducati motorcycle that was shipped down to Guyana. Papers that will be needed to clear the bike on arrival in Guyana. (Bike registration papers.) We were told to ask for Gibran and he would have the papers ready. From the moment we walked in he was dismisive and arrogant. I tried to explain that i needed to take the papers to the airport as my sister-in-law was leaving for Guyana. There was another gentleman who was doing his best to locate the papers. Gibran said to him to stop helping me as he's wasting his time and he didn't know anything about the papers! These are papers that will be needed to clear the bike in Guyana. I told him that we were told that they were there. He said to the gentleman helping us "I will handle her!" . He told me that I was being hyper and to get out. He actually looked violent and this is my concern and reason for writing this. I am warning people that there is something off about this man and they should be careful if going into this company. There's a lot of options out there and I will never use them or recommend them to anyone. I'm sure they will continue to be in business regardless but I couldn't let this go. The other gentleman ended up finding the papers ( not the original but the copies). I asked him about Gibran and he said " he has days like this" Unbelievable .

If I could give 0 I would.
Customer service guy or whoever it is answering the phone promises to return call but never does.
Each follow up call is the same answer, will get back to you. It never happens.
Apparently prefers to ship barrels only.
The company cannot, will not, prefer not to deal with shipping of Fridge.
Claims they do not have transport to pick up.
Could have been transparent from a month ago when the request was initiated.

Not a very good first impression! Contact to schedule a delivery and ask other questions since I am not familiar with shipping a barrel. The person that answered (guy) kept putting me on hold. Then eventually disconnected the call. I am thinking because I wanted to have the barrel dropped off and this is a service they do not offer, therefore why brother spending time on the phone with me.. Well to that gentleman, I will pay an extra $10 and get my drop off/pick up and delivery from Q-Trex International. I contacted you by mistake thinking this is the company my mom uses. Gosh, what a difference in Customer Service, it is like night and day! Thank you for not letting me waste my money on less deserving company!
