Could not doing less then 1 star (Unfortunatelly it is impossible). Up to me I will give them NEGATIVE 5 STARS.
Along this year I dealed with TForce 3 times ( decision to use this carrier was made by shipper). All 3 times they FAIL delivery and I was forced to find another seller and another product.
ABSOLUTELLY NOT RECOMMEND.

It’s just ridiculous how all the couriers drivers from different companies FedEx UPS Purolator Canada post are so good at their jobs and in their service..

At TForce you have drivers who cannot find a place of delivery or conveniently drop a message we could not get hold of you even when they haven’t even tried buzzing in the buildings.

Always.. don’t you train your employees. They are always new and crying about how we could not find the place and some other courier will try again .. Always Always a bad experience .

Just called to pre actively get my shipment brought in from LA. This company tends to hold my items and not let me know when it is here in Calgary. I wanted to get ahead of this so called to leave a note or instructions for a smooth delivery. The receptionist was the most rude woman I have encountered (I called at 2:10 on May 6). She was condescending and would not even write a note on my file as she said I was not the paying party.
Well hunny, I AM the paying party and I am shocked she could not pop a note on my file and was rude and condescending about it. I own a business myself and cant believe she spoke to a customer this way, I would never tolerate this. This person is the "face" of your brand and I am a customer who imports every 2 weeks (again I am the paying party here), so did expect better service.
I will be gladly taking my business elsewhere because of her.

Horrible experience
after I received a quote and the shipment I've got and extra charge for 52$ when I call them to clear out the extra charge thy where very rude and unprofessional. Neither deal with them again nor recommend them.
