This courier service makes Canada Post look like patron saints. I had an order trapped in "failed to deliver" hell for the better half of a month. I left over 5 emails using their support tickets which received irrelevant, likeley automated responses, if any response at all. A simple request to update delivery details took a months worth of email tag and was chalked up to "internal problems" by the delivery drivers. Don't waste your time with support tickets, just call the number of the facility who's taking your package on daily field trips to fix your issue.

This company is BRUTAL to deal with . Took 30+ minutes to call in a pick-up request that a costumer wanted on a RUSH. The dispatcher then entered all the information in wrong and then had to re-do it all. Then asked me when I wanted it picked up when I told him it was a rush… all the other couriers i’ve used are a quick two minute phone call, how are you guys taking over 30 minutes ?

I don’t know where to start, this company drivers are bunch of dishonest and scammers, there are supposed to deliver my package about a week ago, they only made an attempt to deliver on feb 3rd with a phone call, saying he is on his way.I received a missed call reply back in two minutes he said he is already gone. Called the company back twice and explain them what happened , assured me that the parcel is out today which was Thursday 6,2025, waited all day at home never came ,when I checked the tracking number with dhl e commerce , it shows 4 delivery attempts with mention exceptions undeliverable (see for yourself below ) Which is really a lie, bunch of lies. They attempted only once that was it , today is friday Feb 7th 8:52 pm still at home and looks what TFORCE logistics tracking( see below )is saying : (delivery estimate at 9 pm to day Feb 7th 2025). And I guarantee this will not happened. They just tick off the damn system and carry on business as usual. I will never recommend anybody to deal with this company at all. Ask the shipper to choose different couriers.

I received my Sephora delivery tonight just over an hour ago and the box was left just outside my door. I have a box right beside the door marked "Deliveries", which makes deliveries more secure. Please have your employees use these to make delivery more secure. We are not always readily available to grab packages especially since the doorbell wasn't rang so we didn't even know it was here.

The worst company to deal with from the shippers' perspective. Pickup calls routinely take 10+ minutes, wasting a lot of time on a call that should be less than a minute (like ALL other transport companies). Stay far, far away - it's a saturated market and this is a company that needs to feel the full force of capitalism. Use them at your peril, or if you genuinely dislike your customers, because their drivers and customer service people will make sure your customers remember how poorly their delivery went, if it shows up at all.

Can you give less than one star? HORRIBLE. This company STOLE my package and are a bunch of THIEVES. They made one attempt to deliver to my condo, I was not home so they did not have access. They did not leave a tag and did not contact me. Luckily, I checked the tracking info to see where it was. I contacted them twice with the buzzer code and other delivery instructions. I even offered to come pick the package up. No other attempts were made to deliver my package. Then, a week later, I get a "your package has been delivered" notification from the sender. I reach out to TForce again to ask where my package is because it certainly had not been delivered. I was told it had been returned to the sender. In the meantime, I've been in touch with the sender who is unaware of this. According to them, the package was delivered to my address. Unbelievable.

Three different packages delivered by this company. First package the driver threw it onto the doorstep right in front of the door and to retrieve it I had to open the door pushing it off the doorstep to collect it. Second package the driver threw it onto the doorstep, it tipped over down the steps into the pouring rain. Third package was tossed on the doorstep.

I am not shocked to see this outfit hardly holds one star. They did not follow delivery instructions. They did not use a drop off locker in my building. They did not notify me that my package was delivered. The left it on the floor in a public area of my apartment building and because I did not receive a delivery notification .. it has been sitting there for 4 days ... I am grateful it was not stolen, but I am extremely disappointed as this is one hundred percent unacceptable, especially when there is a note on the mailroom door to NOT leave packages on the floor, to UTILIZE the safe lockers for tenant deliveries. Unbelievable. I am curious - whose responsibility would that have been if my package was stolen ? ... judging by your one star, I would assume it would be my problem. Do better.
