Deux fois le livreur se trompe d’adresse. Et je ne reçois pas de colis malgré la mention livré sur le système.La première fois le service client m’a envoyé une photo de preuve qui n’est pas le mailroom de la résidence où j’habite. Il est catastrophique leur service à Calgary. On se trompe une fois mais pas deux . Service qui manque de beaucoup de professionnalisme et de compétence.

This place has had my package for weeks and wont respond or communicate with me to pick up or deliver. I had to give 1 star to leave feedback. They dont even deserve 1 honestly. I Don't recommend this service. Check the other reviews. I've Reported my package a loss. It's a loss for me and the seller, Thanks to this company. You can tell how much they care, they will respond to this like all the others, with the same generic response!!!

The responses from the courier have been frustratingly repetitive and unhelpful. For the past four days, I've been told the same thing: "We have received a consignment/pallet from the shipper but have not received confirmation on your package. Please wait 24-48 hours." Yet, despite this, the tracking number clearly shows that my parcel is already at the courier’s facility. I even offered to pick it up myself or pay for express delivery, but that seems to be impossible. Now, I’m expected to wait yet another week with no clear reasoning for the delay. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable!

Do not use this company! The absolute worse service ever! Can’t track anything. First time I used it my order took over a month o my for them to return to sender. Another one of my parcels has been in their possession for over 12 days now and when I inquire as to why or when I can expect it I get a snarky response basically saying I’ll get it when I get it. Completely expecting this parcel to ‘get lost’ or return to sender.

Claimed that my package from Zara was delivered and it can not be located anywhere. They provided photo however nothing can be seen on the picture( vey blurry). So basically they lost my package. I don’t even want to think if it was passport or document. Horrible! Don’t recommend it!

Never had I had the worst and most frustrating customer service. Firstly they lost my package and I received the wrong package. And now I have been calling them for 2 weeks and they can’t even mark my package as lost so I can receive a refund. They just keep saying they are “checking on it” with never any follow up. If your package is lost, don’t even try !! Such a waste of time. Unbelievable.

Beyond Frustrated with this company. In tracking the package said they could not get access because couldn't get into the building multiple times. I contacted them and gave them my phone number to call, they didn't. They then canceled my order and when I called asking about it they first told me they sent it back and then said it was lost. They would not put me in contact with local shippers and I still don't know how to do that, and they would not put me in contact with anyone from customer service to register a complaint. Worst experience I've ever had with a shipping company and now I'm out 500$ because of there incompetence.

Edit: Response from owner shows that they will correct in future and to reach out regarding anything else. Which seems hollow as there is no contact information online that matches this facility nor anyway to actually get in contact with them.

Worst company ever. Was expecting a package to be delivered at my apartment yesterday and never received anything. Called today and they said that my package was being delivered again today, gave them instructions to ring the door bell to my apartment so I knew they had arrived the day before, I came to realized that my package was not going to be delivered when I saw a notification that the company was closed, I called them and they told me that my package wasn’t going to be delivered for a couple of days because they don’t deliver on the weekend. I asked why it said company closed if it’s an apartment and the person over the phone said probably the driver entered the wrong address…..HOOWW TF DOES THAT HAPPEN, why not call and confirm. They don’t even have an option to do a pick up and they say that it will take a couple of hours to get a response from the delivery team as their customer service office is in India not in Canada.

In theory if you are expecting a package anytime soon I hope this doesn’t happen to you and for the love of god never use this company for anything.
