The delivery service is the worst I've ever experienced. My package was supposed to be delivered to me three days ago, but the delivery person still can't find their way to my house. It's interesting how other delivery services manage to enter my home, but yours cannot!This is a terrible experience. My friend is without a birthday gift due to your employees' negligence, and as a customer, I am not only dissatisfied with your awful service but also with the company that chose you as the carrier for my item!

TForce made no efforts to deliver my package for multiple days and I’ve still not received it. Ordered a product from sportschek and this is the company they’ve decided to use. Tracking everyday says out for delivery at 10am but never reaches my address. Contacted customer service and they were no help at all. All they say is I see that your package is the next stop but everyday I get the same results of it not being delivered. When looking at the tracking information online it states “no access” meaning to enter my building but there’s an intercom in the lobby, the intercom system is connected to our personal phones when someone tries to buzz in and there was no effort to use it. At the time stated no access I was home in my address and did not receive a knock on the door. When looking at the reviews for this delivery company I see multiple other people say the exact same thing I’m experiencing zero effort to deliver packages.

It seems this company has a bad reputation and customer service. I was waiting for delivery since this morning and since tracking said end of day at 9PM AST, I waited.There was no delivery attempt at all! The intercom is there as soon as you enter the building. I’m going to call Adidas to let them know how bad their chosen courier is. You shouldn’t be running a logistics company and not meet your customer’s service level. I’m not sure if there’ll be a second attempt to deliver since there’s no delivery notice left too.

Been waiting for a delivery for the last few days now. While tracking the package on the website, every day it says the package is out for delivery, but at around 7:30PM every day, it updates to “no access”. We’ve received no buzzer call to enter our building and no direct phone call from any delivery person. We called customer service and when we asked about tracking a package, customer service hung up on us with no reason given for terminating the call. I’m going to have to drive to Dartmouth now to get to the bottom of this which is a huge inconvenience. If I don’t get this package I’ll have to go to the media so they can let other people know not to use this service.

Left my packages on the floor of my mail room. It has Sephora branding on the packaging, anybody could’ve stolen it. What’s the point of me buzzing you into the apartment building if you’re not gonna bring it up to my door?

If the company youre ordering from uses Tforce Logistics, Id think twice!!... My parcel from the company I order from generally takes less than a week to receive my parcel. This last purchase however, Tforce Logistics had it at their "sorting facility" for 10 days. They update your tracking link with the same info, just change the date, getting answers from someone is impossible. I had to call 3 times in a row because the rep hung up in my ear aftet giving them my "tracking" number and it coming up for 2 parcels, one in NS and one in Calgary. I finally receivef my parcel but it wasnt worth the headache of dealing with this company... And everytime I sent an email, since noone wanted to talk on the phone, they sent me back the exact same automated response.Never again!

If I can give the 0 star, I will definitely give 0. The customer service call will refuse your call if you ask them can they give the actual package arrived time. They only tell that they can’t contact with driver. And with a super bad attitude. That is really awful! If anyone find the delivery from TForce, remember cancel the order or ask refund. If you are not do this, you will get a super angry week and a lots of arguments.
