One of the worst experiences. They delivered my product outside of the building, although I mentioned that I needed a callback before delivery. Now, they are saying they will send me a picture through the mail for confirmation. It was worth 100 dollars. Beware of this fraudulent company. ❌️❌️❌️❌️

If I could leave zero stars I would. I left specific instruction on my order to be left at the rear door because I live on a busy street and my unit is at the back of a house. Got the notification with picture that my order had been left at the front door, and by the time I got home it had been stolen. Now I am out a package and my money. Hopefully wherever I order from in the future does NOT use this horrible company.

You would think a 1 star company would try their best to improve their service. They have horrible customer service. The drivers don't even bother to read instructions properly. Twice now my package have been picked by these people, and both times they had to return my package because they won't read the instructions. Just Horrible. I'm truly hoping I never have to deal with them again.

Please have a huddle with employees and tell them not to toss the package from height, like a delivery guy just did with my parcel. I was waiting at door to thank him for his service but decided not to after seeing him do that. People may have peep hole cameras recording them. If they are frustrated with something, take it out on entity that gave you frustration, not on customers who did nothing to contribute towards your frustration.

Poor very poor. Never rang the doorbell to notice people ether at home or not and never a small package in the mail box, just put not in front of the door, but outside near the front porch… make people easy to steal packages. DO BETTER.

Actually training all your employees who delivered the packages, ring the doorbell and put in front of the door. I have an FedEx delivery pick up your sloppy employee job and give to me by the door.

And from reading all poor reviews, same copy and paste reply from the owner. I don’t know why TForce in Canada. I prefer Canada post, FedEx and UPS.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Had one attempt made of delivery to my apartment, it rang once and they hung up before I could answer the buzzer. It says 2-4 business days for another attempt, a week goes by and I don’t hear anything so I put in an inquiry. Next thing I know at 7:30pm on a weeknight I get a voicemail saying I have until 3pm the next day to come pick it up or they will send it back. Keep in mind at this point they are already closed for the day and it’s a weekday so I work the next morning. How is it good service to give less than 24 hours notice?! I ended up having to get them to deliver it to my families house and picked it up there. I put in a complaint about this, they told me they were opening an investigation and that someone would get back to me and surprise have never heard from them again.

This is not the first time I’ve had delivery issues with this company, never have had issues with any other company. For some reason I only ever have “access denied” or “failed attempt” with this company. My boyfriend works from home so is almost always home to answer…

Also the texts I got were super unprofessional with the person saying “sry”. Sounded like a 10 year old trying to talk to me

I got an “unable to deliver” notification after watching the driver not leave the car and just sitting in the drive way. There was no attempt to knock or call and they won’t let me schedule a pick up to get my order. I was hung up on three times while trying to sort this out and every customer service worker I was put through to was rude. I was home the entire time the “attempted delivery” was happening. Awful experience with this company. Will avoid using any company that ships through them.

Customer service is extremely rude. They were very condescending and sarcastic. They also delivered our package to the wrong address and it ended up getting stolen. They then went even further by lying, claiming that our property manager told them to deliver to the main building of our complex. After our call with them, we went to talk to our property manager and he said that he does not tell delivery companies that. This company is very is unprofessional. They also just deal with bad reviews by copying and pasting the same apology for every bad review they receive. It's no wonder these guys average 1 star reviews. I already know I'm about to get the "Apologize for the inconvenience..."
