Had a package en route, as per t force it reported wrong address they asked me to send the address again so I did. The next day they sent an email stating that the package was returned to sender. They received the package on the 14th of November and I contacted them on the 18th. By no means did I request for the package to be returned as it contained baby formula I am in desperate need of. By far the worst customer service. Would like to add a other package was to be delivered by this company (let’s reinforce this is not by choice and I’ve contacted the company I purchased to item from to inform them not to be using this scam of a company. Businesses and customers are paying money to have items shipped to them, I truly believe this company gets the money from the shipping then doesn’t deliver to item and either returns it or sells it or something, but something sketchy is happening here. I had picked up an item a year ago with no problems. My guess is they are under new management as I spoke to someone on the phone yesterday and was told to schedule a pickup online of our item wasn’t delivered by the end of the day, which I have done and have received this message in response. This place is a joke and needs to be exposed for their scam or customers and businesses

I'd rate 0 if I could. Does the T in Tforce stand for thief? Because apparently that's what this company is. Tracking history stated there was no access at time of delivery, which was their first lie. Then they stated it was delivered, it was never delivered. Tforce has no proof of delivery either. Calling customer service gets you no where, they told me twice it would be escalated with their internal team which does nothing at all. Judging by the rest of these reviews, this company is full of liars and thieves. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

And to the owner- save your copy and pasted response for someone else.

Similar to other reviews - very poor notification followed by ‘returned to sender’. No details on RA / tracking / traceability. Please contact the ‘other carrier’ and sort it yourselves.

the ‘canned’ response / gas lighting below is unappreciated. Do better - find our package and deliver it. btw - reached out to corporate.

My package from DHL was received by "T-Force" for delivery, instead, they decided that my address was incorrect, this is not true, I checked. Anyhow, instead of using the phone number or email address to consult me about the problem, they gave up and sent the package back to sender, without letting me know anything at any step of the process, I found out 3 days later when I inquired them about my package. I could have picked it up myself, I just really hope I never have to deal with these guys again. "We anticipate your understanding and patience", so disappointing.

Watched on my ring camera the delivery driver tonight literally throw my box down so hard on my front door step. The package says in BOLD LETTERS “ FRAGILE”.

I have been trying to contact this location for days now. My package keeps saying “bad address” and “no access”. I am willing to pick up my package but have not been able to contact them and this package has been in red deer for over a week now. This is a pretty urgent package for my wedding.

Ever wanted to get a package delivered by a logistics company that doesn’t understand logistics Welcome to T-force Logisitics. This is not a review for the red deer location specifically but y’all are getting the heat for it and I’m sorry. I have had a package sitting in Calgary location for 2 weeks, I call them and they said they sent it to Regina and are getting in contact with Red Deer location to sort it out (this is after I called and asked why this package is in Regina). Call them 2-3 days later and package is still in Regina. Everytime I call it’s some person from a call centre in India who doesn’t understand that a package with a delivery location in red deer shouldn’t be sitting at their sorting facility in Calgary for 2 weeks and then getting sent to a different province. They’re just taking the piss at this point. Could’ve pulled a terry fox and jogged it from the US to red deer faster than these smooth brains could figure out how to deliver it.
