How are they even in business. I ordered two items from the same website 3 days apart. The latter order arrived with Dragonfly. The first order was a victim of TForce. It is MIA. They don't bother to even attempt delivery. Apparently it was missorted. And has now gone back to the sender.
I paid for insurance on this delivery but not on the other one (I didn't actually mean to get shipping insurance, I just didn't notice I had until I'd paid). The irony is not lost on me that the insured item has been lost by the shipping company, whilst the uninsured item was delivered perfectly fine.

Put TForce out of business.

Drivers are so incompetent they don't even know how to check an address in GPS. Package delivered to wrong address and I have received no real help from TForce. They sent me an copied template email with a picture of someone else' porch and when I reply back, I never hear anything again. GARBAGE COMPANY. I can't believe large online retailers contract with them!

How this company is still going, is beyond me. Zero communication. Awful attitudes. Apparently they are late on 99.9% of deliveries. Packages just magically disappear. No accountability.

I legitimately think the only reason they are in business still, is due to delivering for IKEA. That's if you even get your packages.

*Copy and pasting the same response, is not the way to handle your issues. You don't care and it shows. Just keep sweeping everything under the rug.*

Horrible place for truck drivers to deliver the freight here. The lady named Wendy Nance at the night shift is THE RUDEST PERSON I have ever seen in my life. She was yelling at me for no reason and even tried to hit me with something. Drivers, think twice before coming here.

This is the worst delivery company by far! I called in today and Corine treated me like an inconsiderate person and handled my call very poorly!
I do understand the cause of delays but the tone of her voice and the way she spoke to me was appalling!

All answers were vague. Too irritated to answer any question and wasn't very helpful AT ALL!

She lectured me on not watching the news and all the weather issues that have happened these past few days.
ALL THESE SHOULD NOT BE SAID OR USED TO LECTURE YOUR CLIENTS! YOUR COMPANY AND IKEA SHOULD HAVE CONTINGENCY PLANS FOR CASES AND OCCASIONS LIKE THESE.

Do re-look into your customer service training. Your people are very poorly trained in politeness and handling calls from your clients. I have been very patient with all the delays yet here I am wanting to get an update, I get lectured about being inconsiderate?! UNBELIEVABLE!

I don't have the tracking number for the delivery but that's my order number with IKEA you guys should be able to pull my records from that.

Do understand that the purpose of me taking the initiative to call your team is to get the exact delivery date so I can work around my schedule and have that date requested as my off day.

I was asking for that information too yet all she gave me were vague and generic answers that really didn't help alleviate the situation.

This company is a complete joke. Unlike FedEx, UPS, USPS, Dhl, Purolator and Canada Post, TForce won’t allow receivers to pick up. You will also never receive a notice slip of any kind stating a delivery attempt was made. Call them to request a pickup and they’ll say no as Covid guidelines restricts them from allowing this. There are no Covid guidelines in place anymore restricting a person from picking up their package. Unfortunately my apartment has zero access to it by non-tenants as our buzzer is out of commission at the moment. I work all day so of course I’m not home to run down to receive my package.

I’ve called and called spoke with about 4-5 different representatives to arrange for my package to be delivered on a timely manner as I leave the country in a few days. Even suggested for them to deliver it to my work. First 3 assured me my address was changed, called today and got told no address update had been made to deliver it to my work instead

You would think if you paid for shipping you would receive your package on time but no, not with TForce. Good luck getting your package if you live in an apartment. Customer service will run you in circles, hang up on you, and just straight up not do their job.

There was a rude lady she has totally losed her sense totally stupid yelling at me for no reason date was 7th November 2024 around 12.35 am morning she even try to hit me with her phone blaming me for that you disturbed my sleep even i called her once as my company dispatch said she must be not at this place to treat truck driver like that in midnight truckers avoid this place to deliver stuff if you dont wanna see your self dishounerd garbage place not even come here again ever in my life

I wish i could give them zero stars, this is the worst courier company i’ve ever dealt with, in my entire life. I have a very time sensitive package coming in, and i told them that i want it on the weekend. I called them 4 days consecutively, and the customer service representative kept on telling me that “please have patience please don’t worry, we will do something once we have the order in our warehouse” you can’t even go and pick up the order as they have some stupid covid thing still going on. it’s the 5th day when i called them concerned as today is Friday and here you go again the rep has no freaking idea where the package is or how long would it still take for it to arrive and had the audacity to tell me that please ask for refund from your vendor if you’re so concerned. Lol!!! Please stay away from them as they don’t have answers to your question, they’re not willing to help you they only copy paste their previous messages as email reply when you send them an inquiry. I am highly disappointed.
