Ordered a parcel through Vans and they ship through tforce. The first time they attempted delivery, I missed the delivery driver, they said they were going to try again within 2 days. No big deal. I leave signs at the door to my apartment building with my phone number, asking that they call upon arrival. 2 days go by and I haven't heard from tforce. I check the tracker and it says that they had already tried again, but they could not access my building. Which means they saw the signs and ignored them, OR, they didn't show up at all. At this point I get on the phone with their customer service representative, she assures me that they have updated the file and they will have the driver call upon arrival when the driver goes out in 2 days. 2 days go by again, I check the tracker, don't you know it, it says they had attempted delivery again, but I didn't hear anything from them. I get on the phone with their customer service representative again, she reads the number that was attached to the parcel and it is a nonsense number that is not even close to my own. I have her update the phone number to be accurate, and am assured that they will be trying again in 2 days.

It is at this point that I ask if it would be possible to just come to the distribution center to pick up my package, save all of us the headache. I am once again told that the driver will take care of it and will call me upon arrival. So I wait 2 days again, this time I wait outside at around the time that the previous attempts had been at, the tracker updates and says that they attempted delivery and I missed it again. So I call again, and am told to just wait. The next day the tracker has the package marked as returned to sender.

Very disappointed. I would rate 0 stars if i could.

So frustrated! I ordered a package for delivery and it went through this company. I got a notification that it was going to be delivered on May 20 (stat holiday) - I was home the entire day, no one came by, and then I got an email saying they tried to deliver and no one was home - will try again in 2 days. Everytime they tried to deliver after that was during the day, when I'm at work. Finally, I called them this past Monday (May 27) and asked they leave a slip so I can just pick it up - they said they would. However I got home, no slip. Yesterday, I call T Force to confirm my package is at the warehouse before I drive all the way out there to get it in case it's not there. The man on the phone was confused, didn't understand what I was asking, but stated they can deliver past 5:30pm to ensure I'm home. I said great. Was home all evening last night, no one tried to deliver. Today I get an email that my package was undeliverable and being sent back to the original store. Super frustrating! After coming on to Google to see their rating it totally makes sense!

Unfortunately, Ikea uses this awful company to complete their home shipments. My $3000 shipment is lost, neither Ikea or T-Force can pinpoint where it is. The customer service representatives at this scam of a company are completely useless. I will not be shopping at ikea anymore because of this terrible company.

This is one of the worst delivery companies to deal with I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. Communication if definitely something they aren’t good at. When it says your package is being sent out on a certain date at a certain time there is a possibility the driver is going to not even try to deliver it and won’t even let you know so you’ll be waiting for the package and needing to call in to find that info out. They sure don’t know how to follow instructions when you put it on for your delivery. And if you ask for the driver to call you to let you know when he’s dropping your package off they will tell you that it part of their policy that their drivers don’t not contact the customer. They don’t allow for pickups at their location for reasons they don’t want to say.
It is definitely a company I will never deal with ever again all you get told is to phone them in the morning. Joke of a company and hope no one uses them

This company needs to be shutdown. Useless. My package was supposed to be delivered June 20th yet I have received no updates since the 14th and the people that work here can't even tell me where it is. I just get told "you will get a notification when it is out for delivery" but obviously lol. That still doesn't tell me where my package is and why it's taking so long.

This is the worst delivery company I have ever worked with. They where supose to deliver my order on August 18, 2024...5 days later and I still don't have my order. I have called numerous times and no one knows when I will be receiving my order. When I ask to speak to a supervisor I get told they will call me back and I never hear from them this happend 3 times.

Their customer service is VERY poor. I've called 3 times (different days) to ask where my package is at. They could not provide anything. They are saying that they have to contact their other team to make sure where the product is and they will contact me within 24 hours. Every time, I wait for 24 hrs and call them back, they say the same thing. I really don't think their trying to look for my package to be honest as nothing is happening.
