Didn't enjoy my taters. Wanted it with extra beef, and I got extra beef despite the extra cost. But the food ended up just being tater tots with beef and wasn't supreme at all.

The kid working at the bar didn't bother to ask how my food was, offer to help make it better or give a discount.. asked for sauce to try to deal with the disappointment. I got chipotle sauce when I wanted enchilada sauce like from Taco time. It didn't really make things better, and I ended up getting charged a dollar extra for the lack of flavour.

Wouldn't recommend based on what was offered by the kitchen or the service.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Canadian Brewhouse and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, with a cozy yet modern vibe that made us feel right at home. Our waitress Clarke was amazing always nice and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the meal.

As for the food, every dish we tried was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced, showcasing a true mastery of the kitchen. I highly recommend the boneless wings which are an absolute standout – bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors. The dessert was the perfect end to a memorable meal; I could’ve eaten two more!

Overall, this place is a gem and definitely worth visiting. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just looking for a great meal, The Canadian Brewhouse delivers on every front. I’ll definitely be back soon!

We stopped in for supper after a hockey game Trinity was our server and was excellent in every way. Helped with recommendations and stopped by to check on us several times. Very pleasant and an excellent representative for this restaurant. Thank you. Will be back

A group of my 4 friends and I were bored on this cold Monday morning. We decided to pop over to our local brew house and had the absolute honour being served by the great Clarke.
Even in busy conditions Clarke never failed to be at our table the second our drinks were empty, and also had a very sincere demeanour about her.
Thanks to Clarke my friends and I will most definitely be returning in the NEAR future!

Today I had lunch at the Fort Saskatchewan location. I was pleasantly greeted by the bar staff followed by thr General Manager who was ultimately my server. All the staff were awesome we had some foodie conversations about the menu and of course we digressed into a foodie rabbit hole.

I ordered the Tricolour Nachos for one which came very quickly. The nachos were very good with lots of toppings and everything was cooked well without any burning or uncooked areas.

I followed the nachos up with the Thursday Special "Pasta Day" Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo with Garlic Parm twists.

The pasta was beautifully prepared with the perfect amount of sautéed mushrooms and I have to praise the kitchen for the Alfedro Sauce that they make in house. The sauce had a superb flavour profile that had all the taste you'd expect from a premium Alfredo Sauce but without all the garlic breath you sometimes have after lesser Alfredo offerings. The Parmeasean Twists were tasty and a nice side for a pasta dish like the dish I was served.

I typically prefer non chain restaurants that prepare most of their fare from scratch, but I have to say it is exciting to see a large chain that makes ingredients from scratch. Too many chains now days have fallen under the control of the book keepers curse and order bagged pre prepared or frozen product.

Kudos Chef my meal was a culinary delight.

I had an amazing experience with my server Mckenna. She was very attentive, friendly, and made sure our needs were met throughout our visit. The service was prompt, even when she was busy for the oilers game. I truly appreciated her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure I had a wonderful time. Highly recommend sitting in her section she’s the best.
