The Canadian Brewhouse (Leduc) - Leduc, Alberta

We visited the Canadian Brewhouse in Leduc last Thanksgiving Sunday for lunch and sampled several menu items:
• Donair meat: Met our expectations in both taste and flavor.
• Chicken tenders: Very good.
• Fish and chips: Excellent, though the batter was thicker than the fish.
• Taco: Awesome.
• Triple Eh! in a tiny skillet: Delicious and satisfying.
• Ahi tuna poke bowl: Disappointing, as it featured basmati rice, which isn’t ideal for a poke bowl. For an poke bowl, you can use:
1. Sushi rice (short-grain white rice): Traditional and sticky, it pairs well with the flavors.
2. Brown rice: A healthier, nutty option.
3. Cauliflower rice: A low-carb, grain-free alternative.
4. Quinoa: Adds protein and texture if you want something different. Offering chopsticks;
Sushi rice is the most common choice for poke bowls.
• Garlic fingers: Served free, and they were like a meal in themselves—very filling!

The atmosphere was nice, with a Buffalo head mounted above the door and silver keg barrels on display, adding a unique touch. It was a bit loud for a Sunday lunch, but the setting was enjoyable. The customer service was excellent, making the experience even better. Overall 4stars with room for improvements

I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap with fries. I would rate the food, a generous, seven out of 10 nothing to write home about however, the service was very good and it was a big restaurant.

It was fun. They had karaoke going on Sunday night. Great sound and great atmosphere. The prices tho are outrageous. I'm sorry, a sandwich with a side salad isn't worth $30. 3 people for lunch, over $140, but over all was a decent spot if you don't look at the pricing.

We made a reservation for a Friday evening for almost 40 people to accommodate a kid’s sports team. The staff were amazing! The main server was so attentive and made sure everyone always had drinks and their food. She also had the bar manager and another server helping who were great - the manager had a great sense of humour! 10/10 would recommend for a team meal!

Came in tonight with the fam, had a tight schedule and needed to eat quick, our server Megan was awesome! Personable, funny, fast and kind, I let her know our time constraints and she had food flying out of the kitchen so quickly for us, everything tasted awesome, everything was hot and exactly what we asked for. Megan, thank you for being a great server tonight! I hope we see you in the Brewhouse again!

Pretty good Brewhouse with excellent service. Had the steak and eggs on the brunch menu and it was pretty good. The best thing was definitely the garlic sauce provided with the steak. The eggs and potatoes were good.

We also got the large buffalo chicken poutine which was huge! I've had it before in a different location and everything tasted good except in other places I remember getting a lot more cheese.

This location also only had half booths instead of the full ones so a bit tight but the restaurant is a lot smaller so understandable.

Lola was very efficient and kind. It was nice that she was personable and took the time to talk about her story and authentically listening to mine. Lola! Went there on a Monday night at around 4:30 for dinner with my two daughters. Really dark, cold dead vibe in there. Wasn’t busy at all. Nobody greet us so we just sat down.
We asked to get our order taken when we had our drinks delivered. She said she’d be right back then proceeded to go take two other orders then process a bill and still never came back. Meanwhile another waitress and possibly the manager or bartender stood there like a couple of potted plants talking to each other. They looked over but apparently couldn’t be bothered.
We went over to Original Joes and had the exact opposite experience.
