Worst Company.
Please make sure before doing application in this company . They are worst people specially the lady Dupinder Dhillon. Firstly , she told you are okay in this company but after wasting 1 month she rejected the application.

Loaded at ERB cold storage, quick loading. Lots of room to manoeuvre. Had a little issue with the product loaded on four ways pellets, Eric in cold storage shipping was super nice and very professional.

One of the worst jobs to have because of low wages, minimal benefits, varying called in start times and 60 hour work weeks with overtime after 55 hours, it's a race to the bottom devaluing your time and labour.

It can be a great place to work for those who don't have family, running away from something and or those unaware their spouse and children likely are spending time with another parental figure other than them. Anyone can say they love working here, just understand you're being laughed at as there are jobs in the region that don't require English/Experience/Licence which pay more hourly, better benefits and overtime after 40/44 hours.

Government should hold companies like Erb accountable for causing driver shortages which we all pay for as costs accumulate for late/delayed deliveries/pickups due to unavailable drivers.

Staff are friendly and helpful, yard is well organized and plenty of room to maneuver. Grounds are graded and dry dispute the weather
