I am so thankful I found Fireplace Solutions in Irving, TX. They helped me find just what I wanted for my old gas fireplace with the fake log set. It now has a beautiful new burner with reflective glass. I had so many questions and needed to special order my color of glass. It turned out amazing. They were all very helpful and easy to work with. Great process start to finish. I will definitely be enjoying my fireplace this winter for the first time ever.

John arrived on time, checked different components of my fireplace and said they were working properly. He cleaned the box and logs and replaced the embers and added some lava rocks. He explained that this was the source of the fireplace smell. He seemed very knowledgeable and happy to explain or answer any questions. I felt good about calling Fireplace Solutions and thought they were trustworthy.

This is a price gouging company much different than 5 years ago. It was ~ 250.00 for a service call. Then they charged overt 500,00 to replace a part that cost 100-150.00. I communicated my concern to a company representative but was never contacted for feedback. There are so many other companies in the Dallas area that will provide good service at fair prices. Don't use this company!!!

The owners of this business are unprofessional and unorganized. We're about to embark on the second week of our fireplace installation. They ran out of materials because they refused to measure the area, the epitome of arrogance! They installed a used fireplace that came wrapped in a blanket with no manual or box. They make promises with no intention of following through, and think all they have to do is say I'm sorry. Saying sorry is not enough! Prepare to be disappointed.?

I called them as my gas fire place with artificial logs was not working.the technician i forget his name was v thorough in looking at what was wrong.he told me the pilot light was off as all the buttons were turned off.he showed how to turn on the pilot light and then when I worked the wall switch the fire came on in the fire place.He was v humble and ready to teach me how to turn on the pilot light.i will recommend this company for all my gas fireplace needs.Tge tech even cleaned out my fire place.vv nice guy with good knowledge of how the system worked

This team saved our lives! Literally! The previous install was incorrect and created a fire hazard for our family.
