Been using The Luxury Fleet services for years now. The communication is very convenient; for any bookings, alterations or any questions it’s been very smooth and fast responses (all in English since I don’t speak Japanese well).
The cars are in perfect conditions, highest standard when it comes to cleanliness and service.
The drivers are always polite and friendly with a smile on their faces.

I’m a person who really cares about the relationship between me and a company, especially if I will use their services over a long period of time. I like to feel well taken care of but also have a sense of “familiarity” to make the experiences feel a bit more “warm”. And I feel this when I use Luxury Fleet’s services.

Used this service to go from our hotel to the airport with 5 suitcases and some carry on luggage. Vehicle had more than enough room for the luggage and 3 passengers and was very well kept. The Driver arrived 15 minutes early and was very professional and attentive and even provided white glove service in regards to getting our luggage into the vehicle. Some water and other minor amenities were also provided as part of the service. Pricing was also very competitive compared to other service providers so I would highly recommend and would use the service again.

Booked for airport transfer service on 26 February from a Tokyo hotel to Haneda International Airport within 18 hours. The administrator replied and confirmed my booking within an hour, that's relatively quick. Type of fleet we chose is Toyota Hiace for 5 adults and a toddle, together with 5 check-in size luggage and 3 cabin size luggage.

Mr Fujimura, the driver arrived at Hotel Lobby 20 minutes earlier than the pick-up time. Barely remember it's around 4.10 am. He's professional and courteous.

Spacious and comfortable cabin space too. Overall experience is great. Thanks again for the service.

The driver reached the hotel 20 min earlier than the scheduled timing. He is very polite and helpful to arrange all luggages into the MPV. The response from The luxury Fleet Co was fast from the booking moment , to the confirmation and even received vehicle details the day before the airport transfer. Driver was ten minutes earlier which we loved it. He helped us with our luggages, ensure we are comfortable before he started driving. He even notify us that he needs to report back to company that he has reach his pickup location which we felt he was quite responsible. it was a good 30 minutes to disneyland. thank you Luxury Fleet 🙂
