I ordered a table from Structube on September 12th with free delivery, not realizing they use a third party for deliveries. The Moving Boys were in charge of delivering my table. I received a voicemail to confirm the delivery on the 19th and called back, leaving a message to confirm my delivery window, which was set for 12-4 PM. By 4 PM, no delivery. (Not surprised)

Around 5:30 PM, I received a call from the delivery driver, informing me they’d arrive in 15-20 minutes and apologized for the delay due to an accident. I kindly let them know they were well past the scheduled window, and unfortunately, we were no longer home as I had taken time off work for this. It's now been a week, and I haven’t heard anything from them. I’ve called their office 15 times, and I have yet to speak to a real person. I called Structube and they advised me they sent 2 emails to signal them to call me - nothing.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I am concerned about the status of my product. Large companies like Structube should be more careful about who they partner with for delivery services. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable.

Had a beautiful live edge table delivered from Quebec and they were the last leg of the delivery service. Didn't Call ahead as requested then the delivery person told us they didn’t want to bring it in the house, likely because it was strapped to a pallet. “wasn’t what their paperwork said” They were going to leave it in driveway unless we made room for it in the garage. A service provider who doesn't provide a service or try to remedy the situation...the rating is 1 star for the person who answered the phone.

Please be wary when using this company. I ordered a leather sectional couch from Costco.ca, and this is the local delivery agent that handles their "white glove delivery". While they were friendly and on time, that's where the positive aspects end. They entered my home with their shoes on (middle of December means snow, salt and sand), and walked around my living room without caring about the mess this was making. They were also not careful when using a blade to cut open the boxes, resulting in one of the pieces of furniture having a slash in it. Costco.ca tried their best to resolve the situation, but since the damage was done to a part of the couch that is bonded leather, I was told it was not repairable (and it couldn't be replaced either, because it's now out of stock). I strongly recommended to them that they use another local company to do their deliveries, because it reflects poorly on them. I do not recommend Moving Boys at all.

Horrible service. Costco uses this company for the white gloves delivery service. We purchased a bed through Costco.ca and it was delivered by TMB. Its a long story but to shorten it up the delivery agents have no knowledge on how to set up products. They used vulgar language in front of my wife and small children because the delivery agent had to do his job. In the end Costco hired another company to come back and make it right. I will say TMB was careful to not damage the home when bringing in the items so they get one star.

Delivered a couple of items and ran over our green bin, garbage bin, and blue bin on the way out, destroying them and not cleaning up the mess. Very unprofessional and would not recommend a company that is okay with leaving a mess like that behind.

Awaiting delivery, i hounded the place for a time. They contacted me when their driver was 5 minutes away from the delivery location despite my repeated requests as i needed to get home from work 40 minutes away to receive the item.

A better name for these shmucks would be the crawling boys considering how they’ve don’t deliver on time or at all in some instances. Terrible service
