Not at all professional, Poor communication, Would never recommend this carrier to any one.

Informed the carrier about the strict delivery appointment, which they agreed to while booking the load. They not only missed the delivery, But never informed us that the driver called in sick. We had to call them to know that. We understand in transport these things happens once in a while, So we rescheduled the appointment for the next day ( even though we had to pay penalty of rescheduling).
Had to request multiple times for an update or for the tracking link. While On route to delivery, the driver stopped at multiple locations ( some locations for almost an hour).
We asked them to deliver the second day at 9am and they were atleast 2hr behind the delivery location at 9am. When asked about that, they started showing attitude saying that we have no idea on how transportation industry works.

If you want the load to be delivered on time please don't use this carrier, As I don't think they know that they need to honour the delivery appointment that they agreed to while getting the load.
Would never recommend them to any one.

Nobody cares to update you on your load
If you want your frieght to be delivered alright then don’t ever give load to this carrier.
Smita and Amrinder don’t take any load seriously and will delay your loads without telling you.

Use at your own risk. They don't answer emails . You have to chase them for answers. They will take your load and cancel if they get a better load. Use someone else !!!!!!!
