Mom 74 year old Mom was left with 1/3 of her home by the moving company she hired originally. We called Harry and his crew with 24 hours notice they saved the day. But, they were also polite, kind and efficient. They worked hard. Communication was clear. The gentlemen were all really nice. If I ever need a mover for something large or small I would call this company for sure. Professional and trustworthy

The Transport Guys moved my 70 year old mom in-law yesterday. She was home by herself and they were so amazing, kind, clear, helpful, and perfect. Literally, perfect for her and her needs. They moved her things in one day into our home and it was the same. They moved her things in without damage, kind, respectful, and quick.

The process from the beginning to the end was seamless. Natalie and Tom were both a pleasure to deal with. They answered all my questions within 10 minutes of me asking. Given that my move was a little last minute, every moment counted. No upcharge no hidded fees. Awesome company!!

Harry and his partner did a fantastic job. Showed up on time, we’re very careful with my belongings, and placed things exactly where I wanted them. It was particularly hard because there was construction blocking the street in front of my place but they were able to navigate down a very narrow back lane without skipping a beat.

This is the second time I've used Transport Guys, and they didn't disappoint! Sandeep and Bikrandeet were punctual, very polite and moved my 1 bedroom apartment out fast! I was out of packing supplies but they supplied the rest which I was super grateful for. They even have a storage facility that was cheaper for me to rent than one of the big storage units that I almost signed up for so that was super convenient.Thanks for the great service, I'm sure I will be calling on your company again!

I communicated the amount of stuff we had, which was a lot. I emphasized that we had a full storage locker and still had a fairly full townhouse. They did not send enough guys (granted some called in sick and had to call in casual back up guys). My wife stayed at the townhouse, while I oversaw the move from the storage locker. The lead guy who met me at the storage locker didn't even introduce himself. He did not plan the loading very well, leaving some of the heaviest items in the storage locker that my wife and I had to load ourselves the next day. On top of it, he kept taking short cuts (only dropping items in the main floor dining room when it was labelled to be delivered upstairs - bedroom/family room/etc) so that he could leave and go on a date. He also didnt take the initiative to put runners so that newly cleaned carpet didnt get marked up. I had to ask that they please put runners down. The rest of the guys worked hard but definitely they had an uphill battle when they didn't send enough guys for the job. It ended up taking 11 hours with 2 trucks and 5 guys. That's a very long day. We had lost some things (1) items lost/never delivered (yes, we checked that the truck was empty at the end.) and (2) broken things because they were rushing near the end to finish. Overall satisfactory but I would not match the 5 stars that I've seen on Google Review which is why I contacted them.

Follow up - after receiving many calls, my wife explained that we are still unpacking so we are unable to fully assess what is missing. And how to do put a price on damaging wedding momentos? Then one of their managers asked me to remove my review. Also, it's my fault that I wanted to thank the guys that worked hard with a good tip because they understaffed my job?-

Fantastic service from receiving a quote to completing the move. Very professional, respectful and hard working. Communication with the company was easy and the moving crew was fast and a pleasure to work with.
