These guys are awesome! I get a lot of packages delivered, and never had any problem with anything. I also got passport photos done a while back and there was no problem at all with that either.
Any time I pop in, they're always friendly and attentive.

Went in to get passport photos, they warned me the stamp needed to dry. The next day , over 24 hours later, it was still wet and smudged at the Service Canada. They are trying to send it in with the receipt but I probably just wasted $20 and I live out of the country so not easy to get another set of photos. A refund if the photos are rejected (what was offered) does not really help me when I live 2000 miles away and I need new photos. If a guarantor has to sign the back it would be 100% impossible. EDITED TO ADD the store said it is a manufacturer defect, maybe they should stop doing passport photos and taking people's money, not to mention the huge inconvenience for a very important document, until it is fixed. UPDATED, photos were rejected

The customer service at this location is amazing I went in to send a package and was greeted as soon as I walked in. Super friendly & efficient staff I will definitely be back

They don't provide you with a paper receipt for packages and returns, instead they expect you to enter your email or not get a receipt at all. lost a $300 part trying to return it to Amazon this way, had another return where i specifically entered my email but didn't get a receipt. If your core business is shipping you should be doing better, Canada Post snd Purolator are better options.

Brought in several boxes of document etc. for shredding. Both gentleman were very helpful and polite. Thank you P.S. I was the person that guessed about 200 lbs. LOL

Karl and the UPS team have been amazing to work with!

They have printed so much for my business in the last 7 years and have been a go to for printing and shipping!

Karl is all about customer service. He is one of the most kindest down to earth souls out there than genuinely wants to help people!

Will steal items right out of packages!!! Then claim to not have any idea what happened, I highly doubt that. Given the reviews I’ve read they are definitely NOT TRUSTWORTHY. Found out this location is not actually UPS but instead there are registered as InExpress as a company.
Not impressed Steer clear of this location unless you want to be robbed and stolen from.

*Update* further to your response of this review it is TRUE and ACCURATE of what your store and employees engage in and what has happened to multiple people. This is not a fake review.
