I had an amazing experience at Tirecraft in Blackfalds! On my way home from a work trip, I noticed my car shaking badly. I stopped in and asked them to check it out. They got me in right away, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had it fixed within an hour. The guy at the counter was super friendly and provided excellent customer service. I’m so grateful for their quick and professional help. Highly recommend!

Took my truck there to get my wheels balanced have been there twice now and they’re still not done proper. Blame it on my upper ball joints that I’ve checked myself and they have no play. Aswell as their free inspections I was told my transmission cooler lines were leaking one at each end and my transfer case seal input shaft is leaking after checking them all myself there is no leaks at any of them. Absolute waste of time save your time and money go somewhere else.

Update to tirecraft reply funny you saw they’re so badly cup because they’re not nor does your initial vehicle report say that. The trans coolers are not leaking one bit it’s been looked at. Also you guys told me you test drove my truck both times and my truck is never under 1/4 tank of fuel more lies.

They took care of my handicap van and treated me with the utmost respect. Excellent service and they explain everything clearly to me. Since I can't see most of my vehicle due to my disability, they took clear pictures for me to see everything wrong with my vehicle. They had me on the road in no time and I was able to make my doctors appointment in time and safely.

Went in for new tires. Great service. Quick and efficient. Pointed out a couple of up and comming issues (rear brakes and lower ball joints) straight upfront and honest. Didn't try to up sell me on bullshit I didn't need done. Times are tight for everyone these days it's nice to find an honest company that is there to work with you and not strictly for themselves. I highly recommend tirecraft in blackfalds for any tire and mechanical needs you might have.
