I was contacted by Kelly about a company driver position. The day I was to go for a road test and interview, I received an email saying they had no company trucks available and that they weren't hiring anymore. 2 months later, I contacted them about being a lease operator. Was talked into doing heavy flatbed, by Kelly, and forced into a truck with a bad transmission and still wanted $5,000 a month for the 2 year old truck. After moving to the North, near their terminal, I went through 2 days of orientation. I was then given a load assignment that had me go empty from Bracebridge, ON. To pick up in Kirkland Lake, which delivered in Mississauga, ON. After that 1 run, was called in by Kelly and told I wasn't cut out for that job and let go. Now I'm homeless and have no job. Worst yet, I didn't get paid anything for that load I did. HORRIBLE company. Stay away, they won't be around much longer

In 2022, I applied to drive with them after learning they hired Incorporated drivers, per FB post with comments on it. Tracy, the recruiter at the time, was enthusiastic about my qualifications and urged me to join, but on payroll. However, when Kelly, her manager, denied the possibility of an Incorporated arrangement, citing legal concerns, the conversation took a negative turn. Kelly's dismissive attitude and demeaning tone over the phone were off-putting, leading me to decline their offer; even after receiving a call from Tracey to join as Incorporated driver!

Recently, I came across their advertisement for hiring 10 drivers and promptly applied, seeking a position on their payroll. Initially, the advertised rate was $0.62 per mile. However, upon speaking with Kelly, I was informed that this was a mistake and the rate was actually $0.60 per mile.

Once again, the conversation with Kelly was far from pleasant. It seemed evident that she still holds resentment from our previous interaction in 2022, as she had inaccurate notes from that encounter. It's worth noting that Tracy, the recruiter who initially showed interest in my profile, is no longer with the company, which perhaps speaks volumes about the internal dynamics.

Kelly's promise to call me the following week feels insincere, especially given her dismissive attitude. I refuse to wait around for her and will instead explore opportunities with more reputable and accommodating carriers. Her behavior only reinforces my decision to seek employment elsewhere, and which I was successful with that!

Kelly continues to exhibit arrogance and remains unpleasant, both in my previous interaction and in our recent conversation. Her demeanor suggests a sense of ownership over the company, although I am uncertain of her actual position within the organization. If Titanium chooses to retain someone with her demeanor, I can only imagine the challenges they will face in hiring and retaining good drivers.

Given my experiences prior to onboarding, coupled with the negative reviews I've encountered, I shiver to think what my experience would have been like had I joined Titanium.

They called me for truck inspection for O/O job. After an hour or so Kelly came back to me saying my 2016 Volvo truck is too dangerous to be on road but she was unable to tell the issues except fire extinguisher need to be changed. I asked her to give me written list of faults need to be fixed I’ll get it fix and come back for re-inspection but she didn’t give me anything in written and said no we just don’t want this truck. I asked to see a mechanic who did inspection so he can tell me where is the problem but mechanic didn’t want to see me. I took truck back to my mechanic if it’s really dangerous on road but no fault were recorded at my mechanic.

They want to waste your time and energy, stay away guys!

Terrible, unsafe rude driver. Apparently too important to wait in traffic like the rest of us. Snuck up the right lane and then squeezed me out of my lane. No turn signal used. If I continued normally he would have run the trailer over my car. Is this the quality of driver you guys employ? Dangerous! Happened June 7 2024 on Dunlop Street in Barrie. Trailer #353443. Never have a chance transporting any of my shipments now!

I suspect from all the news I've been reading about Titanium trucking, it's only a matter of time before they have a "For Sale" sign on their business. They have lost many, many contracts recently and they don't have enough good contracts to start with to be losing big clients like Cascades. Good. They are not a good operation to work for. Head lady there thinks she knows better and she knows nothing about being a good owner. She's a greedy little thing, as is her husband. I will cheer when the for sale sign goes on this company. She did me a lot of harm with her nasty attitude. Good riddance and by the way, they apparently aren't hiring right now either which is another " sign" of things and not only that, but they are now sending O/Os home after a few hours of work. These companies that she keeps buying are all on the verge of bankruptcy and have zero contracts worth buying so I don't get what and who she's trying to still trick/fool. She loves to trick people into the never, ever ending lease program too. Can you tell I've been burned by her.
