I truly regret hiring this company. The limo we'd booked broke down, which I suppose could be understandable, things happen. However, the way things were handled after that, were awful. We were sent a different type of vehicle, which was late! This, of course, escalated into our event, and disrupted all the rest of the agenda.
Of course, once they have your money, you're done! on to the next customer. We expressed our disappointment, but they truly could not care less.
Be aware, there are more options out there.

From start to end this was by far the worst experience I’ve had with a service provider in my life. Unable to find the address for pick up, suggesting we walk to find them, showing up with a limo probably at its prime in 1991. Had the service been top notch all that would be no issue, however , getting into this dirty smoke smelling limo we were immediately asked for full payment. Sure, no problem, we asked for the company email and were given the drivers personal email. We decided to verify with the company and once we did so we were called upwards of 8 times to request payment (within a 30 minute time frame) not relaxing to say the least. When we brought up the cleanliness of the limo, and the interaction at the start of journey, we were just asked for payment over and over. Payment sent, not good enough, they needed screen shot proof immediately. If you are the company, I’d advise you take a step back and re evaluate your business practices. If you are a potential customer, Google “Limo services in Toronto not called Top Limo”

Do not use this company. Ever. I was told upon booking that their fleet wad all 2019 vehicles or newer. The car that eventually showed up after the driver not being able to find the pick up address and four phone calls was a rusted and smashed-bumper 2007 limo. Yikes…! Finally we got in the limo and before leaving the parking lot the driver demanded payment to his personal email address even though we had paid a deposit to the company and were told they’d have a debit credit machine. After communicating with the company to find a company email to submit payment to, we received over 12
Phone calls between the company and driver demanding proof of e-transfer. The limo itself was disgusting - open yogurt tubes that were in the rear window, broken screens, the smell of smoke, stains, dust, and peeling windows. The ride and experience was relaxing or fun but stressful. The driver was rude, didn’t open a single door all night and stopped to get a snack while working leaving us in the car. I’ll be seeking a refund from the company, but I have little belief in their integrity and ability to run an honest business. Don’t use this company.

I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone ever. We booked a limo months in advance only to have them arrive a full hour late with nothing offered to compensate for the trouble. After screening our calls for 50 minutes, they instantly answered when using a different phone number with no explanation for tardiness, no current driver location details and no updated status on the driver's eta.

Imagine booking this company for a wedding and being an hour late. This is no way to run a business built on scheduling. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

If i could leave 0 stars I would. Where do I even begin. Don’t book this company if you have a big event or want to be on time to something. I booked them for my wedding day yesterday and they didn’t even show up to pick up my groom and groomsmen. I had a 1pm pick up and 45 minutes later they finally answered our calls and said that there was traffic, which there wasn’t because we checked google maps and there was nothing, also their route was on like a secluded farm land road so there’s never traffic to begin with. I think it was around 2-215pm we had called them again and the driver said he was waiting outside the pick up location. The groom and his boys had already taken the initiative to drive themselves because weddings have strict timelines and we weren’t going to wait around for this driver. Not to mention the driver showed up at my venue with no one in the vehicle turned around and went where? This company is absolutely disgusting and I wish this never to happen to any other couples.

We had the worst experience ever the drive drove extremely fast. at one point we did 150 on the 401 after begging him to slow down he finally did and luckily we hit traffic. We had young kids in the car and they were so scared. The drive kept swirvaing in and out of traffic.
They picked us up on time that was the only positive thing.
We phoned toplimo to let them know.
So for a nice relaxing drive which the promise this was far from it.
My kids fell off the seat when he would break he would break so fast kids kept falling the seat.

Please go to another limo company this one was really scary.
The limo had a lot things that didn't work only one window went down.
Seats were ripped lights didn't all work.

Worst limo company available. I scheduled them for our wedding and paid a large 50% deposit. They showed up 2 hours late and could not take the groom to our wedding venue. We had to have our guests drive everyone including the groom to the venue in order for him not to be late. When I requested our deposit back they sent me to “their customer service email” who never once responded back. I followed up for 2 months where they noted it was “with their back office” but could not provide me with a phone number or actual person to contact. I have not received my money back and could not put into words how terrible they are. Book with any other company.

Beyond disappointed with every aspect of the "service" (in actuality, was a lack thereof) on my wedding day.

They called us to say their limo had a flat tire and would not be able to make it to pick us up from the hotel. They did not sent a replacement car, instead we had to take an additional $300+ worth of Ubers and scramble to make it to the church. The driver met us at the church after the ceremony and drove us to the venue , effectively only completing half of the scheduled trip. One would assume we would have to pay for only half of the price, but instead they ONLY offered $100 off the $1200 total which is insulting. We had to text and call the company during our ride instead of enjoying the moment with our closest friends and family. The lady on the phone was rude, giving attitude and stopped responding to our texts mid drive.

I highly suggest you look for alternative companies as Top Limo is not one I will ever recommend or book with again.
