Ordered this limo for my daughters prom her and 9 others. We only got the limo for sake of experiencing a limo and great pictures. Instead a run down black bus came that the driver deemed as a party bus. This was suppose to be an elegant evening and the embarrassment with what showed up was awful. I did not get what I asked and paid for. These poor kids spent their own money and I could have just drove them in a nice vehicle. I have contacted the company to complain and asked for a manager no response. It has been 4 days now and I think I might seek some legal advice or go further with social media. If someone could contact me and resolve this issue I will update my review. I have 10 kids and over 20 parents who are extremely upset and wanting answers Top Limo

Update June 18: Called again agent said ticket is still in review. She told me that there was an issue with my stretch limo so they sent the van which is unacceptable no communication, if I knew I would have said cancel it all. Still waiting for a call so manager is you are reading please call now with a resolution

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We rented a limo from TopLimo for my best friend’s wedding day. When the limo arrived the driver was sitting in the front seat texting and didn’t get out until we were about to open the limo door BUT IT WAS BROKEN. When we were in the limo it was dirty, falling apart and smelled bad. The AC did not work and it was a 35° day in August. This is not ideal for a bride and 7 bridesmaids in hot long dresses. The driver didn’t even let us get settled before he squealed off, we weren’t even seated. He was driving erratically, cutting people off and going through red lights. We felt extremely unsafe. When we arrived at drop off, he again didn’t even get out of the car and left us to deal with all of our belongings in our dresses and with bouquets in hand. The total trip was a 5 minute drive and it cost almost $450 which is insane for the service we received and the quality of the limo. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I am just appalled.

Honestly dissapointed. My best friend (the bride) booked with Top Limo for her wedding day transportation for us, her bridesmaids and herself,after they preassured her into booking.

Then came the day for the pick up they called the bride 10 mins before they were supposed to pick us up saying they are gonna be 30mins late which would make us 20mins late for the wedding and that they would take $50 off for the inconvience. Which 20mins late for a wedding isnt great but we could make it work.

About 10 mins after that they call the bride again to say they are gonna be AN HOUR LATE now. which woud make her AN HOUR AND 30 MINS LATE FOR HER WEDDING! we were absolutly shocked. When i spoke to the woman on the phone to ask what the heck was going on she said it was the only car they had in the Barrie area. The bride booked in march, how would they not leave earlier or have a backup car? they offered to now take $100 off

The bride ended up telling them to cancel picking us up because making her an hour and 30 mins late for her wedding is unacceptable. But told them to still pick us up after the wedding as planned. We ended up driving ourselves to the venue and only ended up being about 10mins late after everything.

After the wedding the limo did thankfully arrive 15mins ahead of schedule. The ride back to our hotel was smooth the car was nice. the only issue with the drop off was they dropped us off in front of the wrong building so we had to walk the rest of the way to our accommodations.

Overall not thrilled with the experience, if youre thinking of booking with this company please read the reviews first so yu know what youre getting into.

Unfortunately the limo that arrived was dirty and in terrible condition. The booking process was smooth and pricing was decent. That is where the positivity ends. They send pictures of a brand new looking SUV limo to suggest that is what will be picking you up. The limo arrived at the wrong place initially despite signing off on a detailed item itinerary. This could have ruined the surprise. The air conditioning was non existent which made the trip very uncomfortable. Luckily this was not an event that people had paid to have their make up done or it would have ruined that. We ended up having to get the driver to leave the partition down and we left the windows open to create airflow. Most of the electronics did not work. Some of the interior lighting was broken. There were parts of the interior finish missing. We had 8 people and they stated the limo would hold 14. We maybe could have fit 2 more. It was extremely disappointing to plan a big surprise party and have people pay money with the promise of “luxury limo service” and be met with something that is about to go to the scrap yard. The worst part of the experience is the woman who handles the booking became a ghost when we tried to contact her with out concerns. They take 50% deposit at booking and the remaining 50% when they show up but before you get in the limo so then you are stuck. The driver was good, no complaints there. Otherwise, this experience sucked.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Top Limo Barrie

I recently chartered a private bus for a group of females to celebrate a 50th Birthday through Top Limo Barrie for a full day in the city, and it was an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish. We provided a detailed itinerary to the company in advance, as we had multiple stops planned throughout the day, expecting smooth, on-time service. Unfortunately, the limo was late for every single pick-up/drop off, which already set a bad tone for throughout the day. We were late for multiple reservations we had planned all day.

To make matters worse, the bus was dirty when it arrived. It wasn’t the clean, polished vehicle we were promised, which was incredibly disappointing given the price we paid for what was supposed to be a "luxury experience".

The situation only got worse when we noticed that the door to the bus was not properly shut. This was not only uncomfortable but also dangerous! We were traveling in February, and the draft from the unsecured door made the cabin freezing. It was nearly unbearable, and no one should have to endure that while paying for what should have been a comfortable and enjoyable day.

As if that wasn’t enough, when we were off the bus at one of our stops, the driver decided to pick up other people while we were away — even though we had privately chartered the bus for the entire day and our personal belongings were still on board! This was a huge breach of trust and left us feeling incredibly uneasy and disrespected.

Immediately after using their services, we reached out to the company to explain our issues and disappointments with the entire experience. They acknowledged that what happened was unacceptable and assured us they would rectify the situation. However, when we followed up weeks later to check in, we were immediately dismissed with no further effort to resolve the issue

This whole experience was a far cry from the private, exclusive service we were promised. I would not recommend Top Limo Barrie to anyone, and I certainly won’t be using them again in the future. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

I would strongly advise against using this company. Our experience was completely unacceptable, with several serious issues.

First, the limo had multiple problems, including a faulty phone cord, door issues, filthy inside, and being over a hour late for multiple pickups(because picking up other groups)—even though we paid for full-day service which I provided all the times, location with address to the company weeks before.

The most alarming part was that the driver picked up another group while all of our personal belongings were still in the vehicle. Not only did this compromise our privacy and security, but it also left our food and drinks unattended in a shared space with strangers—an extreme safety risk, especially for women who are trusting this service for transportation. On top of that, the driver had to move and go through our personal items to accommodate the other group.

I have spent over four weeks trying to address this issue, as I believe the company “double-dipped” on our booking despite us paying for a private driver for the entire day. There has been zero communication or accountability from their end.

Interestingly, they only seem to respond to positive reviews. Save yourself the stress and book with a company that actually values its customers.

the limo driver was a half hour early which was great!!! we also were expecting a black car stretch but got the Lincoln stretch which the teens where excited for. the only issue they had was the ac didn't work well. but other than that Exceptional service from start to end!
