Booked 2 weeks in advance, they were prompt to reply and we dealt with Nolan & Trent when we sent our inquiry.

The movers arrived on time(within the 8:00-8:30 window), with correct equipment & footwear to our address.

The boys did a walk through first to figure out organization and even though we weren't the best packers they did a great job at securing everything.

On the day they moved us it was POURING rain, non stop, all day, they hustled to get it done. Move took a bit longer than we expected and we were charged a tad more but not nearly as much as other movers had quoted us.

2 BR house(and lots of yard equipment) filled the truck and they loaded up our car by request and unloaded it as well.

The boys worked straight through barely pausing for a break. Bonus. And appreciated.

They took the quickest route to the new home and we just directed where to put everything. They used mats on to protect floors in both houses. And wrapped up glass cabinets with plastic and blankets. When a door needed to be removed, or railing on stairs, they were equipped with tools to do so.

Thank you, we will use again and really appreciate the transparency and efficiency!

Booked the move through Mack who was exceptional. Extremely helpful and captured our needs perfectly. The crew of 6 lead by Connor was superb. Right on time, hardworking, polite, respectful and very careful with our furniture. They took the stress right out of our move!! We recently moved across the city to a new apartment. Nolan arranged the move for us. He was patient and provided clear answers to our questions. We had a specific time slot for the move-in and Nolan was able to coordinate perfectly with the move-out and travel time.
The Total Moving crew, Kai, Remy, and Ishant arrived on time. They were respectful and careful wrapping all items and paying close attention to not damage walls and floors on both sides of the move.
Our move only slightly exceeded the estimate. We ascribe that to the care the moving are applied to our belongings. We definitely recommend Total Moving.

Nolan was great, responsive and very easy to deal with.
The guys for the move were extremely nice, helpful and handled the move super well despite some very difficult and heavy items.
They were easy to talk with and were so nice to my dog and toddler.

Our move experience was okay; easy to book and the crew did a pretty good job. The reason for the 1 star review is the poor follow up and after care experience offered by Total Moving.

One of the items was damaged during the move (pure accident, it happens, we purchased insurance to help protect against this). The crew did the right thing, called the office and sent in pictures when it happened so the office was aware. There was no follow up to us, instead we had to chase. Got a hold of them within the 30 day window, after a bit of back and forth we didn’t agree on item value and we were advised they’d get back to us after further reviewing the file. Been waiting weeks and still haven’t received any follow up.

Sharing this to help people understand that from our experience they after move care is majorly lacking as compared to the experience during the move. The crew was great, but if an accident happens, be prepared to chase for resolution.

I wish I could give 10 stars!! From the minute we spoke with Colby to saying goodbye to the crew… we had an easy stress free move! It was a big move! We were treated with respect and professionalism! Great business to work with! We used them for a recent move with my grandmother. And if anyone else family is like mine this can be stressful!
Had 3 guys show up early for work 30 minutes early how often does that happen these days!
Helped with the move of a 4 bedroom house to a condo. Dining set. Beds you name it.
Started in the morning and were full moved and started to unpack the boxes but had the furniture set by 1:30pm the same day.
